Bar prices very reasonable. Sea view. Parking available, though not bookable.
On arrival one of the few available parking spaces had a broken glass bottle which could easily puncture a tyre.
I told Reception the following morning, but it had still not been swept up at the end of my 2 night stay.
Cleanliness and breakfast
Bed a bit lumpy.
Excellent location and good room.
Nothing.
Beautiful hotel. Good location
Good spacious room with excellent sea view.
Crowded dining room
The view
The breakfast, and the draft from the windows.

says free parking, then throws in a penalty charge.
I thought the location was perfect as its directly opposite the pier.
The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good selection for breakfast.
The free parking for people staying at the hotel was very useful and you get 24 hours from the time your number plate is entered which is good. it would have cost alot to park in the area for 24 hours
The pillows were fine but the bed was too hard to sleep on i barely slept.
A cleaner walked into my room in the morning and apologised as she didnt realise we hadn't checked out yet. This could have been better communicated. However she was very polite and apologetic.
Would have been good to have a small fridge in the bedroom as we had some milk for the tea but had to keep it in the sink filled with water as there was no fridge.
Comfortable beds spacious and nice ensuite area
Toilet seat was cracked. No soap in the dispenser by the sink. There was an area by the bed which had got chewing gum on or something that was very sticky. Had to wedge a toilet roll in the ensuite window to keep it open. On the last night there must have been a heavy person upstairs as the floorboards were very squeaky and kept me awake. Also the key card took numerous times to open the door I did pass this information on to reception when I booked out
