Be prepared to have a bad customer experience
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well located, besides the fact the city is very small. No need to use car to go to the church and apparition hill. Many restaurants are closer to the hotel.

Cons:

Not only the staff of this hotel is rude, but the whole country people are not polite or seem to care for tourists. For a poor country, and Medjugorje is a city 100% depending on tourists and pilgrims, they should learn how to treat tourists. At this hotel, there is one person that works at the restaurant that screamed with my wife as she asked for a menu.

La ubicación y que las han eran espaciosas

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación además de no expulsar aire frío hacía demasiado ruido .. no descansamos bien.
La habitación tenía exceso de humedad, el baño sobre todo, había mojón entre las baldosas de la dula y en el techo.
El personal, salvo una persona que fue un chico joven súper amable, realmente el amor personificado, el resto fueron extremadamente secos y cortantes.

Lokacija hotela je blizu crkve , dorucak sa velikim izborom hrane , balkon i udobni kreveti. Iznimna ljubaznost i gostoprimstvo direktora hotela gospodina Gabrijela i njegovog brata.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è a pochi passi dalla chiesa di San Giacomo, ma in posizione defilata e lontano dal traffico. Dalla grande terrazza della nostra camerta si potevano vedere sia il mote Križevac sulla destra che la collina delle apparizioni sulla sinistra (Podbrdo). Il Personale è gentilissimo e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La colazione è abbondante e varia.

Najbolji smještaj u kojem smo boravili u Međugorju.
Osoblje na recepciji izuzetno je ljubazno. Mladi gospodin koji nas je dočekao potrudio se udovoljiti našem zahtjevu i omogućio raniji ulazak u sobu što nas je spasilo. Također smo bez problema ostavili prkljagu još cijeli dan nakon Check out što nam je isto puno značilo.
Hotel je moderan i čist. Ima i dizalo te se nalazi na mirnom mjestu, ali opet vrlo blizu crkve. Sobe su prostrane s udobnim krevetima. Neke imaju pogled na Podbrdo. Doručak je bio švedski stol, izvrstan i raznolik. Vraćamo se sigurno :)

Very pleasant and peaceful stay
Pros:

Great central location within easy walking distance of everything, with a lovely terrace, yet tucked away in a quiet spot. Plus, the breakfast was very good!
