Pas le meilleur hôtel de Sils!
Pros:

Chambre avec balcon spacieuse, confortable et propre. Jolie décoration dans les couloirs. Grand ascenseur.
Grande salle à manger.
Bon petit déjeuner varié.Excellents pains.

Cons:

Pas de bar dans l’hôtel ( uniquement bar partenaire en face de l’hôtel peu confortable).
Pas de place (demandée à l’avance) au parking privé extérieur. Obligés d’aller au pkg public ( 55CHF) pour 3 jours…
Cuisine médiocre. Menu proposé et informations du jour uniquement en allemand.
Oreillers trop mous.
Accueil indifférent dans l’ensemble, pas un mot au départ pour savoir si nous avions passé un bon séjour (3 nuits en 1/2 pension).

Wir kommen immer gerne wider ins Engadin, im Sommer und im Winter.
Pros:

Kulinarik war sehr gut. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge im Oberengadin (Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel). Gratis Fahrten im Oberengadin für ÖV und Bergbahnen.

Landschaft, Frische, Hotel - alles perfekt. Einzige Einschränkung: überfüllte Postautos
Pros:

Nebst dem guten Essen und dem komfortablen Zimmer/Bad hat mir als allein Reisende v.a. die familiäre Atmosphäre gefallen. Die Hotelgäste kamen untereinander schnell ins Gespräch und unterhielten sich prächtig.

Wir werden Seraina wieder buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig. Lage direkt neben Busbahnhof sehr gut und stört nicht. Familiärer Betrieb.

Cons:

Salatbuffet vermisst.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal

Das Essen, die Sauberkeit , die Freundlichkeit. Gute Verbindungen mit den Bussen

Cons:

Leider gab es kein Busticket für eine Nacht, und das Ticket zu lösen war etwas schwierig, da uns unbekannt

Pros:

Camera grande, molto luminosa, locali di servizio molto comodi sia la spa che il reparto poi gli sci bel ristorante.
Colazione abbondante e molto varia, ma la eccellenza è nella gestione ed il personale. sempre disponibile e sorridente Mi sono sentita a casa sempre benvenuta anche se ero da sola.
