Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistung war gut. Für 1/2 Nächte ist es in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas staubig evtl schon länger leer gestanden und das der Boden mit Teppich ausgelegt ist finde ich einfach unhygienisch.
War auch nicht gesaugt waten Krümel usw. auf dem Boden. Fas Frühstück war für diesen Preis in Ordnung. Gerne wieder

- freundliches Personal bei der Zimmerreinigung

Cons:

- (Standard)Zimmer entsprach nicht erwarteter Qualität: z.B. Schimmel in der Dusche; Waschbecken mit Rissen sowie verstopftem Abfluss; Bad-Türklinke und Toilettendeckel locker; Abbruchstelle am Safe, Tabletfunktionen für TV-Fernbedienung und zur Aussetzung der Zimmerreinigung funktionierten nicht; analoge TV-Fernbedienung mit defektem Batteriefach
- Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher sein
- Wünsche zur Aussetzung der Zimmerreinigung wurden nicht berücksichtigt
- Öffnung des Fensters zur Straßenseite aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich

Pros:

- Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich.
- Die Lage ist sicher und fussläufig vom HBF zu erreichen.
- Das Bett war sehr bequem.
- Zimmer und Bad haben eine angenehme Größe.
- Eine schöne Laufstrecke entlang eines Bächleins ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.

Cons:

- Die Zimmer sind leider recht hellhörig. Wenn ein anderer Gast spät kommt oder früh geht, schlafen nur Menschen mit einem sehr festen Schlaf weiter.
- Die Strassenbahn ist deutlich zu hören, diese fährt glücklicherweise aber nicht sie ganze Nacht.

Ottimi accoglienza, colazione e servizi in genere.
TERRIBILE IL NON POTERSI MUOVERE IN CAMERA PER DUE PERSONE. Se uno dei due era seduto su un piccolo pouf ( per la poltroncina non c'era posto! ) alla scrivania, l'altro, per andare in bagno o uscire, doveva scavalcare il letto. Possibile utilizzare solo un trolley, per il secondo non c'era il benché minimo spazio. TROPPO, TROPPO POCO SPAZIO PER MUOVERSI IN DUE, considerato che è stata scelta e pagata € 179 euro, per 1 notte, una CAMERA SUPERIOR!!!!

Nettes zentrales Hotel mit tollem Personal und Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse, aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. Es ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alle wichtigen Orte sehr gut.
Das Personal war super freundlich und hat bei allen offenen Fragen kompetent und schnell reagiert.
Das Frühstück ist absolute Weltklasse, eine tolle Auswahl, alles frisch und in der passenden Temperatur und super lecker.

Cons:

Leider ist das Bad im Zimmer 402 schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Armaturen waren verkalkt, der Whirlpool hat nicht funktioniert und man musste ewig auf warmes Wasser warten, das war leider etwas schade.

Hervorragendes Hotel in bester Lage!

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sogar mit einem Aperol begrüßt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ausgezeichneten zentralen Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: Minibar mit Getränken und Snacks sowie eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Der Fitnessraum war komplett ausgestattet. Besonders schön war die Kaffee-Ecke, die rund um die Uhr geöffnet war und in der man Kaffee, Cappuccino oder Tee genießen konnte.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und liebevoll zubereiteten Speisen.

Alles war perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
