Pros:

Très bon accueil, avec de supers conseils pour les visites dans la région. Logement spacieux avec climatisation dans les chambres.
Piscine avec une grande amplitude horaire.
Logement au calme non bruyant.

Ein einfaches Hotel mit guter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, ordentlichem Abendessen und funktionierender Klimaanlage, das j
Pros:

Das Hotel ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Es liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße und in unmittelbarer Nähe eines größeren Militärflugplatzes. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Für Ausflüge ist die Lage jedoch sehr gut: Die Naturpools am Travo, die Bergregion mit ihren zahlreichen Aktivitäten sowie die schönen Strände und Küstenorte der Umgebung sind von hier aus gut erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zuverlässig und sorgte auch an heißen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen. Der Kühlschrank hingegen kühlte leider kaum und war praktisch nicht nutzbar.

Die Nudelgerichte im Restaurant am Abend haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Frühstück für 9 € pro Person war dagegen recht übersichtlich und bot nur eine kleine Auswahl.

Cons:

Enttäuschend war leider der Pool. Das Wasser war zwar sehr klar und sauber, verursachte bei uns jedoch sofort ein starkes Brennen in den Augen sowie ein Kribbeln auf der Haut. Selbst bei minimalem Kontakt mit der Zunge brannte das Wasser deutlich. Möglicherweise sollten die Wasserwerte (Chlor oder pH-Wert) überprüft werden. Selbstverständlich haben wir das Hotel auf diesen Umstand hingewiesen.

Auch beim Frühstück gab es ein ärgerliches Missverständnis: Wir hatten ausdrücklich Hafermilch für den Kaffee bestellt, was zunächst bestätigt wurde. Dennoch wurde normaler Kaffee mit Kuhmilch serviert. Am nächsten Tag teilte man uns dann mit, dass es im Hotel überhaupt keine Hafermilch gibt. Für Gäste mit Unverträglichkeiten oder besonderen Ernährungsbedürfnissen ist das leider problematisch.

Grundsätzlich bleibt festzustellen, dass die Verständigung teilweise schwierig war. Obwohl das Hotel viele internationale Gäste empfängt, sprechen die Mitarbeiter häufig nur wenig oder gar kein Englisch. Dadurch waren einfache Anliegen teilweise nur schwer zu klären.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine solide Unterkunft für Ausflüge in die Region, bei Ausstattung, Service und Kommunikation besteht jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
