Had a good stay overall.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Central location.

Cons:

The pillows were too hard and tall. The air conditioning was leaking in one of our rooms.

la habitación que nos asignaron hermosa, muy amplia, el baño limpio, todo perfecto! El desayuno incluido bastante basto, y completo, el personal del resturante muy amable y el horario es perfecto de 7 am a 12 pm lo que hace que no tengas prisa.

No servía el minisplit, según lo fueron a revisar pero no funcionó, Tampoco la plancha funcionaba del todo bien, sugiero hagan cambio de los 2 aparatos

Mala experiencia, la habitación y atención del personal muy bien

El desayuno muy, muy austero y limitado, creo puede mejorar, no recalentando el pan, ofrecer pan del día.
Lo mejor del desayuno fue el café y servicio de la persona que nos atendió, de primera. ( Lo felicitan de mi parte por favor)

Me molestó mucho que al llegar al hotel, la entrada estaba bloqueada no había forma de estacionarte para bajar tus maletas, tuvimos que ir al estacionamiento, que por cierto nos pidieron estacionara mi vehículo al tercer piso y de ahí mi familia y un servidor tuvimos que bajar maletas y demás equipaje por dos rampas muy peligrosas, te expones a una caída, (en mi estancia, nunca ví desocupados los cajones asignados fuera del hotel, inclusive al retirarnos del hotel tuve que estacionarme en doble fila para subir el equipaje, exponiendo que dieran un golpe a mi vehículo y/o a una infracción por elementos de vialidad que te están presionando para que circules, que definitivamente tienen razón porque no es correcto que te estaciones en doble fila y todo por que los cajones asignados están ocupados por no se quien.....Esto me causó mucha molestia, puse en riesgo mi familia y vehículo.

La ubicación y la limpieza del lugar . El desayuno consiste de jugo (naranja , recién exprimido vaso de aprox 250 ML) o fruta (piña, sandía, melón o papaya) + 1 plato bien servido de huevos al gusto acompañado de frijoles y chilaquiles. El desayuno es abundante. No es buffet pero no lo extrañas. Si te quedas más de 2 días se te hace monótono. Pero para dos noches el desayuno es excelente. El estacionamiento es enfrente del hotel. En un estacionamiento con servicio de pensión por lo que el coche que en resguardo y bajo la sombra.

Cons:

Si deseas darte una ducha en la noche después de recorrer la ciudad, toma en cuenta que será agua Fría..no tibia, fría..
