Only the fact that it’s facing ocean
The fixtures were rusted, toilet was smelling and enough lighting was not provided in the toilet, their food didn’t taste good at all. Not a good stay for vegetarians. Plus we were the only guests there for 2 days. No one is booking this place for a reason. Their bungalow driver was also not a good person plus he charged us double the price.
What a mesmerising view from the room, clean and spacious room, good staff.
Location of Juan beach bungalow is very good. This bungalow is just on the bank of the sea .You can hear sound of wave and enjoy cool breeze from your room.
You can also enjoy the swimming pool and little swing in the evening.
Juan's father helped us to reach from harbour to room and we also took his service for West and East Nusa penida tour.

The hotel was in an absolutely stunning location where the breeze flowed constantly and felt like it carried all your worries away. That natural wind made the entire experience feel almost magical. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The location and the garden were really stunning. In the Morning, the sunrise makes your day. It's just an exceptional place to feel good and comfortable. The rooms and surroundings were super clean and organised. The staff was very helpful.

The pool and the view
The room had black mould that was painted over. Said it is 11km from the port but that is quite far out from any shops or restaurants. Two restaurants to eat at but one is not great. The breakfast was very limited. There was TV but it did not work at all, no hot water, no extra pillows, bed sheets were bally and the matress was terrible,at one stage power went out so no air con. The bathroom smelt really bad like sewage. Meant to stay for 4 nights stayed 2 only because we couldn't get a ferry. It was cheap but not even worth the money.

It is truly like all the other reviews. Beautiful location. If you want to do nothing and just enjoy your peace and calm then this is a place. I nearly slept in the pool overlooking the sea 🌊 hearing the calm waves with closed eyes. Kadek is very nice and helpful. She arranged our taxi at very reasonable price 500k to Kelingking. Mart is right opposite the road and 2 nice restaurants on either side. A romantic getaway ❤️
Yes breakfast can be better and the place can do a paint touch up. But the location and hospitality outweighs everything else. Note there is a path going down to the sea for swimming but not recommended as it's mouldy and slippery prone to accidents.
