Tutto molto bene!
Pros:

Ottimo locale con stanze al piano di sopra! Ben arredate e ottimamente accessoriate. Colazione molto valida. Personale gentilissimo

Cons:

Manca purtroppo un parcheggio convenzionato
Portare le valigie a mano per due rampe di scale può essere leggermente scomodo

A nice 2 day stay at an old inn in a great area but expect that energy.
Pros:

The location was great! The design of the room was nice. The bathroom was a good size. They had a nice breakfast included and nice treats like hot chocolate, water and Twix like bar… assuming these were included thus extra effort was appreciated. The bathroom was a good size.

Cons:

The beds were single size not twin, the pillows were terrible and beds were hard. The listing I believe said beds were twin size but at least by American sizes they were single. The entry to the unit was up a back stairwell in a pub so not very pleasant. The room was very small. The bathroom tub had things that were broken. The plug for example for tub… a place where paint was chipped where you would sit. They hadn’t refilled our shampoo and conditioner so was hard to get out. The bar manager who I believe checked us in wasn’t very welcoming. However the morning staff was much nicer.

We had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very good dinner in the on-site restaurant, and a very tasty breakfast. I can highly recommend The Saint if you are visiting St Andrews.

Great hotel glad to recommend as everything was fantastic
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Well presented. The staff friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was Delicious, try the Cullen skink u won’t be disappointed.

Great location, highly recommended
Pros:

Lovely quiet room, everything we needed. Very comfy beds. Close to everything.

Cons:

Although we could leave our luggage in the day, it wasn't a locked area which was a concern.

Also no breakfast tea or milk in the room

Pleasant stay for what we needed but a bit pricy for what you get. Paying for location
Pros:

The rooms were modern and clean and breakfast was the best we have had in st Andrew’s for a while. The boy who served us was delightful.

Cons:

The stairs leading to the rooms were steep and narrow and I was a bit concerned that you had to go through pub to leave the building in the event of a fire. Would not recommend if you are slightly older or struggle with mobility.

Once we got past the stairwell, our stay was absolutely lovely.
Pros:

Spotless and recently renovated room and bathroom. Crisp and bright white towels and sheets. Low noise though facing the street. Staff lovely and very helpful. Breakfast great quality especially the eggs and bacon and prepared with care.

Cons:

Smell of food pervaded the stairwell but fortunately did not carry into the room. Stairwell dark and bleak and could use a paint job. The bedroom could use brighter lights too, just a few watts more. If those things were taken care of, I would give the room a 10.

We had a great times
Pros:

Really good sized rooms, very clean and private when inside hotel area. No noise from bar/restaurant downstairs at all. Some noise from street but window was open so that is to be expected.
Perfect location for beach and town centre.

Also there was a lovely added touch of a welcome pack for the dog which was unexpected but really nice
