Everyone was so. Ice, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so beautiful with the balcony!
The staff was very welcoming and everything was very clean.
This small hotel, conveniently located between the Zócalo and the convent, is a great base for exploring Oaxaca. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as most of the city's main tourist sights.
Each room faces a fairly busy street and has a small balcony. We were upgraded to a larger room. It was a pleasant, high-ceilinged room with a comfortable king bed, a couch, a wardrobe with a safe, a credenza with a coffee maker, two bedside tables, and a small table with two chairs. We were also able to store our milk in the hotel's refrigerator, and they brought it to us each morning for our coffee.
The large bathroom is very blue but well arranged, with a large counter around the sink, a privacy wall next to the toilet, and a large enclosed shower with a shelf for keeping towels and other items dry. The shower had consistent hot water and good water pressure.
The Wi-Fi generally worked well but was occasionally spotty and slow. There were enough outlets in the room, including two on each side of the bed and others behind the credenza.
The continental breakfast, included in the room rate, is served on the upstairs terrace starting at 8 a.m. It includes coffee or tea, sweet rolls, and a fruit plate with yogurt, granola, and honey. Cooked breakfast items are available for an additional charge.
We also had them do our laundry. They charged 50 pesos per kilo, and it was returned the same evening.
There is someone at the front desk 24/7. Everyone was very nice and helpful and spoke at least some English, with a few staff members speaking quite good English.
I found this hotel a delightful place to stay and highly recommend it.
Wifi was spotty.
TUTTO! La bellezza e pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni. La cordialità e professionalità di tutto lo staff. La posizione strategica per poter visitare tutta Oaxaca.
Nulla, tutto incredibile.
Location was superb withon a short walking distance to the Zocalo and mamy restairants and bars.
The staff could not have been nicer making a birthday celebration extra special. They were great in giving advice on car rental, local excursions, restaurants.
Delicious breakfast
Thank you for a truly wonderful stay
We had an issue with our air conditioning on the first night but it was fixed for us the following morning.
The pedestrian street can be a bit noisy earlier in the evening bit it didnt bother us.
Great location and wonderful staff. The room are unique and the place has a homie vibe.
Could have used more towels but I understand there is a water shortage.
La ubicación
No tenía un mini refrigerador en habitación.
Super cozy, dog friendly Hotel right in the middle of Oaxaca.
Great location - close to everything. Staff was super friendly

La ubicación y la decoración
Que no hay estacionamiento en el lugar
Location is perfect. Nice architecture. No need for air condition. Large rooms. Style of the room meets character of the city perfectly.
Very few rooms, very private. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
La ubicación del hotel esta en el mero centro y se puede llegar fácil caminando a cualquier lugar.
Nada, todo bien en la estancia!
The hotel is beautiful. My room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was amazingly wonderful. Everyone was warm and thoughtful. I felt genuinely welcome.
I'd stay next time in the rooms overlooking Av. Morelos. The corner suite had a lack of privacy when the window shutters were open, and had noise from the streets in the late evenings. Although, it was a most beautiful and spacious suite!
