We loved this hotel! Very clean, well located, wonderful staff, comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast including coffee, sweet bread, fruit plate with yogurt and granola, and cooked item available on request. Staff very accommodating to have breakfast available a little earlier if needed. Great location relative to the Zócalo, Santo Domingo cathedral, and lots of restaurants.

Everyone was so. Ice, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so beautiful with the balcony!
The staff was very welcoming and everything was very clean.
This small hotel, conveniently located between the Zócalo and the convent, is a great base for exploring Oaxaca. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as most of the city's main tourist sights.
Each room faces a fairly busy street and has a small balcony. We were upgraded to a larger room. It was a pleasant, high-ceilinged room with a comfortable king bed, a couch, a wardrobe with a safe, a credenza with a coffee maker, two bedside tables, and a small table with two chairs. We were also able to store our milk in the hotel's refrigerator, and they brought it to us each morning for our coffee.
The large bathroom is very blue but well arranged, with a large counter around the sink, a privacy wall next to the toilet, and a large enclosed shower with a shelf for keeping towels and other items dry. The shower had consistent hot water and good water pressure.
The Wi-Fi generally worked well but was occasionally spotty and slow. There were enough outlets in the room, including two on each side of the bed and others behind the credenza.
The continental breakfast, included in the room rate, is served on the upstairs terrace starting at 8 a.m. It includes coffee or tea, sweet rolls, and a fruit plate with yogurt, granola, and honey. Cooked breakfast items are available for an additional charge.
We also had them do our laundry. They charged 50 pesos per kilo, and it was returned the same evening.
There is someone at the front desk 24/7. Everyone was very nice and helpful and spoke at least some English, with a few staff members speaking quite good English.
I found this hotel a delightful place to stay and highly recommend it.

Location was superb withon a short walking distance to the Zocalo and mamy restairants and bars.
The staff could not have been nicer making a birthday celebration extra special. They were great in giving advice on car rental, local excursions, restaurants.

We had an issue with our air conditioning on the first night but it was fixed for us the following morning.
The pedestrian street can be a bit noisy earlier in the evening bit it didnt bother us.

No se cómo describir lo cómodos que nos sentimos en este lugar, la habitación y el baño son hermosos tienen detalles que los hace lucir mucho. En el hotel tienen detalles que hacen la diferencia para sentirse muy consentidos y en nuestro caso no los esperábamos. Está fue nuestra primera visita a Oaxaca y creo que este lugar hizo la diferencia para sentirnos como en casa. La gente es muy amable y servicial. Se agradece enormemente el desayuno.
