Het personeel is geweldig. Gastvrij, hulpvaardig, sociaal en kundig. Uitstekende keuken. Mooie kamer, schitterend uitzicht op zee.
De waterdruk van de douche was teleurstellend, Maar men heeft verzekerd dat bij het volgende bezoek, de waterdruk verbeterd is. En terugkomen doen we. Het was een geweldig verblijf.
The staff were fruendly and helpful.Hotel was clean as where the rooms.
Only a short bus ride from St Helier. Loved Jersey.
The shower head was too small making it difficult to have a decent shoiwer. No entertainment in the evenings.

Good location as the bus stop is very close by as is a small M&S. Swimming pool area has good sun loungers and is a sun trap. Bar and waiting staff are very friendly. Room cleaned daily.

I would like to praise all the staff from the moment you walked into the hotel to when you left. All the restaurant team always had a smile and the housekeeping staff were very good as they made our beds daily. The location was excellent just outside St Helier. The room we had 108 had a lovely sea view and a very good size. The reception staff were very helpful especially when they refunded 2 nights accommodation which we not expecting as their booking T&C is non-refundable as we not able to stay at the hotel for the first 4 nights of our holiday due to our ferry been cancelled and took us several days to re-book back to Jersey to finish of our holiday so would like to thank the management for for this. The location is excellent for staying in Jersey and great sea view bedrooms
Even though the hotel is dog friendly the only thing that the hotel did not offer is a dining area where you could have your dog with you especially at breakfast also dogs are not allowed in the bar area either even though this was away from the main restaurant so the dog had to be left in the room or you had to take your drinks up to the room. One thing the hotel could also consider is to install EV charging points as they were several EV cars in the car park including mine and would be an added bonus to the hotel if they offered this facility as the nearest charging points were either in St Helier or at Gorey ( 3- 4 miles) either way.
The outside seating area, the staff were excellent.
The booking was last minute but ideally we'd like a walk in shower.

No air con , only a fan.
I was in a mobility scooter and although there was no access to my room I also had a Zimmer frame to hobble the last few steps.
Beautiful location, looking onto the beach. Easy plentiful parking, lovely large rooms, nice lounge areas.
