Relax e tranquillità
Pros:

Posizione centrale, davanti a una spiaggia molto bella e attrezzata. Tre piscine sempre curate e pulite con lettini comodi a disposizione. Le camere sono pulite e l'hotel non è il solito casermone ma si integra molto bene nel paesaggio dell'isola. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Colazione molto varia sia dolce e salato, per ogni esigenza (anche vegana). Bagno pulito e molto grande. Il trasferimento dall'hotel all'aeroporto è più economico dei taxi. Ottimo anche il bar che offre cocktail ben fatti a prezzi modici.

Cons:

La spiaggia attrezzata dell'hotel non offre lettini ma dei materassini che possono risultare un po' scomodi alla lunga.

Todo. A pie de playa. Con muchos servicios. Incluso cuando te vas te dejan una habitación para ducharte. Todos los empleados hablan español además de otros idiomas. Tienen servicio de hamacas eñ la playa. Desayuno continental completo. Tres restaurantes para comer o cenar. Justo al lado de la calle principal. Pero es un hotel muy tranquilo

Bellezza!!!
Pros:

Hotel praticamente sul mare e a pochissimi metri dalla via centrale di Santa Maria..
Si mangia benissimo e si sta davvero benissimo, il personale è molto cortese e alla mano, sempre pronto a rispondere e/o ad aiutarti qualora avessi bisogno..
Giuro che è stato tutto pazzesco!!!

Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente. Tem três piscinas sendo uma dela para adults only, o que é excelente. Um hotel muito tranquilo e silencioso, ideal para quem quer descansar. Os quartos são espaçosos e toda a área exterior é muito bonita e cuidada.
Os funcionários são 5 estrelas.

sunbeds at the beach are not included, out of 6 nights, it was only possible to get a vegan meal at dinner ONCE although i asked before booking, it was an odysee of having to clarify (and explain the difference between vegan and vegetarian) with numerous people, staff seemed annoyed and were on their phone constantly, weird dinner policy: its a three course dinner - you can choose from a menu that has a number of options, however only 3 (!) vegetarian options (so unless you want to eat the same thing every three days…….), 1 night there was a buffet - the waiter explained that the only vegan option would be the salads (beets, corn, carrots), gym eqipment very old and broken

não gostei da política das espreguiçadeiras, nunca uso piscina ate porque tenho em casa, e não levei crianças e no primeiro dia queriam me cobrar, enfim fui para outra praia com espreguiçadeiras mais confortáveis.
No pequeno almoço existe nas mesas a placa de não fumar, no entanto alguns clientes fumaram ninguém diz nada.
Eu tive que lembrar um cliente que estou de férias e quero estar a comer sem que ter que levar com o fumo de outros.

ao almoço comi peixe grelhado os acompanhamentos, ficam ao sol, tanto o arroz como a batata sempre secos. Reclamei mas a empregada, referiu que era assim.
O Hotel podia fazer alguns melhoramentos, por exemplo as cadeiras da sala de jogos

nous avions une chambre suite permettant une bonne intimité parents/enfants
la literie et les commodités de la chambre excellents
une offre de restauration diversifiée et toujours de qualité
beaucoup d'espaces différents (3 piscines, jamais de manque de chaises longues, différents espace plage, 3 restaurants, plusieurs bâtiments de chambre espacés et de petits volumes
personnel adorable et à notre écoute

Cons:

Falta de "detalles" que se esperavam num hotel de 4 estrelas, por exemplo touca de banho, body lotion, chinelos de quarto.
Quando falei na recepção no creme de corpo, disse que podia comprar nas lojas enfrente do hotel!

Gute Lage, direkt beim Städtchen und Strandliegen waren als Hotelgast kostenlos. Am Abreisetag durften wir duschen, obwohl wir ausgecheckt hatten. Sehr nettes Personal und es gab diverse Aktivitäten.

Cons:

Es hatte am Ende Ameisen im Zimmer und sie hatten 1 Tag vergessen unser Zimmer zu putzen.

Wonderful beach bar with sea views
Pros:

I am reviewing the Beach Bar only…

The staff are friendly, the interior is nicely decorated and the seating is comfy.

The mango caipirinha was to die for and the view across the beach and water stunning.

Drinks slightly more expensive than elsewhere nearby but the views and great beach vibes were worth it!
