Ne répondent pas aux messages via Booking.
Accueil très moyen.
Beaucoup de bruits. Chambres mal isolées. Rideaux pas suffisamment opaques, il fait jour à 5h30 dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner moyen : peu de produits frais. Jus industriels. Lait sucré. Beaucoup de vendeurs sur la plage. On est sans arrêt dérangé.
Hôtel en plein cœur de la station balnéaire en devenir de Santa Maria. Plage avec des cailloux et des oursins. Pour des vacances au calme, mieux vaut changer d’île.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, gern wieder!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel in super Lage. Insbesondere die Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und die Weitläufigkeit der Hotelanlagen mit Beachbar und Liegen direkt am Strand waren super. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend und Ausflüge wurden freundlich, ohne Verkaufsdruck und zu fairen Preisen vermittelt. Ein toller Ausblick aufs Meer beim (Frühstücks-)Restaurant. Hängematten auf dem Balkon und ein toller Pool waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas chaotisch, das Besteck nicht einheitlich. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Tout était parfait : de la gentillesse du personnel à la propreté de la chambre, en passant par les restaurants et la piscine ainsi que l’accès plage. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Odlican hotel, s odlicnim doruckom. Plaza hotela je blizu ali malo vise kamenja ima dok se ulazi u vodu. Klima je vrhunska. Lep bazen, lep pogled

Scritto più volte sulla chat di Booking per contattare la struttura:
- richiesto letto matrimoniale: no risposta e ovviamente trovato letto singolo. Avremmo solo gradito avere una risposta anche solo dicendoci che la camera non era disponibile con il letto matrimoniale e poi noi avremmo preso le nostre decisioni;
- chiesta disponibilità check in di notte: unica risposta ricevuta, dicendo che sono abituati;
- abbiamo scritto che saremmo arrivati alle 5 del mattino, per il ritardo del traghetto da Boa Vista, invece che alle 2 del mattino: no risposta;
- chiarimento check out: no risposta.
Il signore che ci ha “accolto” la mattina del nostro arrivo era molto seccato e scontroso nelle risposte, soprattutto dopo aver esposto nuovamente il nostro dubbio sul check out - si è semplicemente tolto la responsabilità dicendo che se avevano prenotato con Booking, dovevano risolvercela noi. Ma anche in questo caso, avremmo preferito una risposta nella chat, non al momento dell’arrivo, perché avremmo preso le nostre decisioni e magari cambiato struttura.
Se avete una chat su Booking non potete ignorare ogni richiesta/dubbio/aggiornamento. Ci sono molte strutture più accoglienti fuori, non tornerei assolutamente.
