I can only recommend this place. Everything was perfect!
Pros:

The property is really nicely made.
You can see the beach from the restaurant area.
The beach was really nice and quiet. We were on both days the only people at the beach. So it was really peaceful.
The rooms are really spacious and clean.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and freshly cooked.
The whole staff that is working there is super friendly and helpful.
I can really recommend this place!

Pros:

Nous avons passé une bonne partie de notre lune de miel dans cet hôtel.

Il est idéalement situé en bord de mer avec un accès privé à la plage, ce qui est vraiment agréable. Nous étions souvent seuls sur cette plage, loin de l’agitation d’upuvelli, ce qui était très relaxant.
Le jardin est luxuriant et très bien entretenu.

La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Les repas le soir et le midi sont excellents. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est correct.

Cons:

2 petits points noirs sont venus entacher légèrement le séjour : la musique électronique dès 7h30 du matin au niveau du petit déjeuner (la salle pour manger est ouverte sur l’extérieur), nous entendions les « boom-boom » même avec des boules quies. Nous avons demandé à 2 reprises que la musique soit coupée quand les gens dorment le matin, en vain. À minima une musique plus douce (sans les basses ) serait plus convenable.
Autre point : il y a des remontées d’odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain. Malgré le sent-bon nous avions souvent cette mauvaise odeur.

Schlechtes Frühstück vs. tolle Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage für Strandfans. Sehr ruhig. Mit PickMe kommt man super zu den umliegenden Restaurants.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mit Abstand das schlechteste in allen Hotels, die wir auf Sri Lanka besucht hatten und mit wenig Liebe auf einer Anrichte aufgebaut. Jeweils eine Kanne schwarzer Tee und Kaffe für alle Gäste. Verbranntes Brot und Melone mit Ananas. Ganz selten Mango oder Papaya. Die Eigentümer erhielten ein gänzlich anderes Frühstück mit Cappuccino, Früchten, Rührei uvm. Dies wurde uns verwehrt mit der Aussage, dass alles alle ist.
Es gibt nur am 1. Tag kleune Wasserflaschen auf den Zimmern, die nicht aufgefüllt werden. Das Personal wirkt unmotiviert und orientierungslos.
Die Duschen haben keine Trennung zum Badezimmer und die Armaturen sind z.T. defekt. Als wir einen komischen Geruch festgestellt haben, bemerkten wir, dass ein tropfendes Rohr mit einem Handtuch umwickelt wurde, was dann natürlich nach Schimmel roch.
Die Liegen sind fast alle defekt und für die Anzahl der Gäste zu wenig.

Pros:

Wij zijn hier 1 nachtje verbleven en hebben genoten van alles. Strand en zee geweldig. Huisje echt super. Helaas geen douche gordijn of apparte douche, maar daar kun je wel mee leven. Eten en drinken was lekker

Cons:

Geen raambekleding in de badkamer. Je kunt van buiten zo naar binnen kijken. Het zit niet in het zicht, maar heb wel een paar keer personeel langs zien lopen toen ik in de badkamer was.
De grootste ergenis is de muziek in de avond tijdens het eten. Denk dat dit onder de noemer houseparty valt. De hele tijd dezelfde deun met een enorme bas. Als je vraagt of er andere muziek op kan krijg je nagenoeg hetzelfde. Even is dit wel prima, maar wij hebben de laatste paar happen van het eten laten staan.

L'endroit est magnifique un peu en retrait de la ville mais ce qui est super appréciable pour se reposer et profiter de la plage juste devant l'hôtel. Le personnel est super sympathique et la nourriture est très bonne! Je le recommande en fin de séjour après un vos visites dans le pays
