Персонал очень приветливый. Одна девушка даже немного говорила на русском языке. Номер очень просторный, можно в футбол играть. Белье было чистое и вкусно пахло. Кондеем не пользовался, но он был. Все удобства имеются (халат, ванный набор, фен, чайник с чаем). В мини-баре было местное пиво и шкалики виски. Вода горячая в душе сразу пошла и напор был хороший. Уборка своевременная. Окна выходили на тихий двор и я отлично выспался. Завтрак каждое утро был однообразный без излишеств (омлет, сосиски, тосты, фрукты, кофе). За эти деньги в целом хорошая сделка.
Во время бронирования возникло недопонимание с объектом размещения касаемо цены. Объект размещения не выходил на связь и мне пришлось немного понервничать перед поездкой тк не знал заселят в итоге меня на 4 ночи по цене, которая указана в бронировании или нет. Разрешилось все успешно, но хотелось бы чтобы объект размещения был всегда на связи.

心配なほどコスパが良すぎたので、やはりサイト側が間違っている為、正規料金の請求という流れになりましたが、わたしもサイトに従って請求で同意していると主張させて頂きました

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Property is walking distance to the main attractions the city offers. Staff is very professional and friendly. I was on the 11th floor, My room was spacious, bathroom was very clean and spacious too. Plenty of windows and sunlight. It is worth for the money you are paying per night. I will definitely recommend this hotel, I will book it again whenever I come back to Ulaanbaatar.
The outside entrance to the hotel needs improvement. The night I reached out the property for the first time, I really hesitated to enter. I thought I had made a mistake by booking a very low level hotel. But my traveler instinct said, just give it a chance and try. Well, nice surprise. Building inside is nice, very clean, and well kept.
Breakfast can improve. Since I stayed 4 nights it became boring. It was the same every single day. Last day I actually skipped it and had something else around.
The Wi-Fi is 100% ok, the cleanness is very good, the water heater was ok from the first days but on last 3 days it was not working much as i reported but nothing was done till i came back
I didn't like their shower system because the heater was not functioning at one time till i came back.
