Nice location
Pros:

Location and design, the room is fairly comfortable breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly but spoke limited English

Cons:

They never cleaned my room, not once in two weeks, despite requesting more than once. They left someone’s dishes outside for several days.

Alt, dreckig heruntergekommene Zimmer.

Pros:

自由広場に近く、ウランバートルの中心地にあるため便利。

Cons:

水回り類に年季が入っており、少し気になるが滞在に影響が出るほどではない。またバスタオル、バスローブも古いため使用する方は留意したほうがよい。
シーツ類は綺麗だったのでその点は何も問題なかった。

連住四晚，有3天無法洗澡，沒有熱水就算了，出來的水是髒水，讓人連刷牙洗臉都感到堪憂，跟櫃檯反應多次，都說今天會好，但都沒有好，不能洗澡讓人心情很差，飯店處理態度很消極，請櫃檯跟經理回應，經理說要與我們對話，最後都沒有，說會討論補償也沒有，反

私は大好きなデラックスクラシックホテル
Pros:

好みによると思うが、ロシア風で重厚感あふれるクラシックで豪華な部屋は素晴らしい体験となる。一部傷んでいるが、気にならない。

Cons:

スタッフの英語力はかなり低いが、リクエストした事はきちんと対応してくれたから問題なし。

window in the bathroom from the bedroom, unable to rent movies so the tv was useless, overcharged for laundry, bad breakfast, need to use room key for power and we were only provided one key

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Shower screen did not close properly

Confusion over late checkout.
Allowed up until 2pm however at 1;15pm a different receptionist advised we should have vacated at 1pm
