私は大好きなデラックスクラシックホテル
Pros:

好みによると思うが、ロシア風で重厚感あふれるクラシックで豪華な部屋は素晴らしい体験となる。一部傷んでいるが、気にならない。

Cons:

スタッフの英語力はかなり低いが、リクエストした事はきちんと対応してくれたから問題なし。

Cons:

window in the bathroom from the bedroom, unable to rent movies so the tv was useless, overcharged for laundry, bad breakfast, need to use room key for power and we were only provided one key

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Shower screen did not close properly

Confusion over late checkout.
Allowed up until 2pm however at 1;15pm a different receptionist advised we should have vacated at 1pm

Хорошее расположение. Простой, но вкусный завтрак. Персонал на ресепшен приветливый.

Cons:

Номер дали на втором этаже. В номер поступал запах еды. Кондиционер «свистит», так что использовать ночью её невозможно. стены и мебель обшарпанные, дырки в постельном белье, пятна на ковре. На подоконнике толи «вековая» пыль, толи краска потемневшая. Попросила заказать такси/трансфер в аэропорт: цена в два раза выше, чем нормальная цена. Я брала VIP такси из аэропорта и платила 100000 тугриков. Гостиница берёт 200000 тугриков в одну сторону!!! Июнь/июль 2026.

Overall I enjoyed my visit
Pros:

Suitable for all persons. Coffee system could have been more consistent. It appeared to change everyday

Cons:

The apparently random closing of the bar/restaurant with no consideration for residents for at least 2 evenings during my stay. No explanations given. Detracts from the overall impression of the hotel.

Pros:

The breakfast was good but served pretty much the same food everyday. Would have liked more variety. The location is excellent, I was able to walk to most parts of Ulaanbatar. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cons:

It's a little pricey for a hotel with limited amenities.

Pros:

フロントが無愛想、英語も通じない
エレベーターは故障気味
ホットシャワーが出ずにフロントに電話するも出ない。フロントに行くも人がいない。清掃員に呼んでもらってようやく対応してもらうも笑顔ひとつなし。
朝食会場はテーブルが片付けられていなく、食器が足りない。食べ物も追加なしなので、遅い時間に行くとなくなるのでは？

部屋の内装はクラシカルで良い。

Pros:

部屋が広くてコンセントがたくさんあった。また、書斎用のデスクが広くて書き物とか整理をするのに重宝した。テレビも大きく見やすかった。お風呂のお湯はしっかり熱い。お湯が出続けた。朝食のベーコンとソーセージはびっくりする位おいしかったですよ。1泊だけでしたが、連泊すればよかったと思った位です。

Disappointing for the price
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable. It was clean with lots of space. While the staff was friendly, the person I spoke to didn't have recommendations for food beyond fast food restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was from 7am, but when I arrived, the food wasn't all ready. The room service was efficient, but the tray was left out overnight which I felt was neglectful.
