Gezien de reviews op deze site had ik grote verwachtingen. Geen Paula gezien, een chaotische, warrige check-in van meer dan een uur. Er wordt gevraagd naar wat je voor het ontbijt wil, blijkbaar gaat men er vanuit dat je dan 3 ochtenden hetzelfde wil. Maar dit ging niet op voor de koffie, want die was niet klaar en die kregen we 1 keer pas aan het einde van het vontbijt. Voor de melk in de koffie was het sowieso lang wachten.Iedere ochtend weer opnieuw ontbijtborden moeten vragen. Handdoeken werden in 3 dagen niet vervangen. Mss moest je ze op de grond leggen, maar die jnformatie is ons niet verteld. We waren op het strand geweest en dus was er wat zand in de kamer terecht gekomen, maar de vloer werd niet geveegd. Bij vertrek niemand meer gezien, dus de sleutels op tafel gelegd en de deur achter ons dicht gedaan.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'ambiance de cette vieille maison très bien entretenue. Des espaces de vie communs, un cadre authentique, une chambre spacieuse avec un coin salon, une literie confortable, un petit déjeuner agréable et un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Valparaiso. n'oublions pas l'accueil et la disponibilité de Paula.
C'est un lieu que nous recommandons tout particulièrement.

Pros:

La casa es muy linda. Las habitaciones cómodas . Estaban limpias , la cama muy comoda también. Limpio, desayuno muy rico . Paula muy amable ! La ubicación excelente .

Las almohadas podrían mejorar . Era muy gorda e incómoda. No pregunte si había otra. El agua caliente no alcanzó para dos duchas en la mañana . Nos dijeron que no había pasado antes . Debe ser así , solo algo que solucionar .

Volveremos!
Pros:

El hotel está en una casona antigua que es muy linda y está muy bien mantenida y remodelada. Nuestra habitación estaba en el ático y tenía una vista a los cerros maravillosa. A pesar de que es invierno y hace frío, tanto el hotel como la habitación eran muy cálidos y pudimos regular fácilmente la temperatura. El baño era cómodo y grande, la presión del agua perfecta. También había un televisor que funcionó sin inconvenientes. Paula nos atendió espectacular.. nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check-in para no pasear con tanto peso y estuvo siempre atenta a nuestra experiencia. El hotel está ubicado en uno de los cerros turísticos... suficientemente cerca de restaurantes, cafes, tiendas y museos, pero también lo suficientemente alejado como para que el ruido no moleste. Sin duda volveríamos. Muchas gracias!
