The mysore soap, proximity to church

Cons:

Room not worth the money we spent. It says three star but not worth the amount we spent...Rooms very average. Resteraunt we had to wait 45 minutes after placing an order and then they say it will trake another 20 minutes or take whats there ready.This should have been tools to us in the first place. Bath Towels not clean and very old

Extremely inconvenient location and a disappointing stay.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and the room size was adequate.

Cons:

The biggest problem was the location and accessibility of the property. The hotel is situated in an area where a police barricade restricts vehicle access for much of the time. When we arrived, the police prevented us from taking our car to the property. We had to park our car in the church parking area and take two separate auto-rickshaw rides to reach the hotel, which was extremely inconvenient, especially while travelling with family and luggage.

We also had to change our room because the electricity supply in the original room was repeatedly interrupted. The television was also not functioning properly, with the set-top box constantly disconnecting and disrupting the service.

Another disappointment was that morning tea or coffee was not provided in the room. We were instead told that tea and coffee would only be available at the restaurant along with the complimentary breakfast.

Overall, the location and accessibility issues, combined with the repeated power problems and poor facilities, made the stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this property to travellers arriving by car.

Close to church and clean. Booked for my parents visit
Aarya Bhavan and beach and cathedral church are close by.

Overall good.
Pros:

Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

We had to walk through busy roads to get to the hotel as there was no direct access to the hotel from the main road. Staff helped us get our luggage when we checked out.

Great location but beware of the roadblock timing.
Pros:

The location is the best as it is about less than 200 metres from the Church. Breakfast spread was ok. The rooms are more like bed and breakfast type. The bazaar and the beach waas very near. All walking distance.

Cons:

The location was near to the church which made the transport difficult because we arrived during the traffic lock period. we did not know about the timing (7pm-10pm) thus we have to carry our luggages later (after 10pm) even though we checked in earlier.
