Warm welcome by the day receptionist she showed us the rooms first and explained about facilities.
They can improve on cleanliness the sheet had some stains.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s easier to access the hotel and you always find a room despite what time of the night you arrive. The sun1 always communicates on time and check up with you. The rooms are always clean.
The TVs are too old and at times not working. Screens have faded and plugs for charging don’t operate which is a sign of negligence in maintenance.

The place is safe and it accommodates a family.
The bedding was cold. The extra blanket is extra thin and doesn’t even help in the cold weather . They changed me to a different room because the 1 I was in the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The second room was also cold just couldn’t wait to leave the place in the morning.
On last day of stay we had people trying to come into our room in middle of the night and again in the morning.
No breakfast provided, bedding was clean and comfy.
The shower was spraying towards the wall and it took a while to heat. Carpets looked clean, but after showering and walking to bed my feet was dirty.
