Location and staff were great and very friendly and helpful.
The only thing is that it can be quite noisy at night due to the pub over the road, but no surprise given the great location.
Very friendly and helpful extra bonus there was a micro on each landing for any one to use.
Second time I have stayed here. A cheap and cheerful place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly.
Only problem I had is that my tv remote was broken and the tV volume was up that I was unable to change. The staff were unable to resolve the issue immediately but did try their best. TBH as I was out exploring Whitley Bay it was only a minor inconvenience.
Close proximity to town, clean room, bathroom and friendly staff, who even supplied us with a goody bag for the great north run.

Friendly staff, really good value for money and in a great location.
The bar beneath the hotel can be a little bit noisy but can't be helped.
The staff were very helpful. The room was better than we expected though the shower was rather dilapidated.
Even though we were on the top floor, limited soundproofing meant noise from the neighbouring pubs kept us awake.

Nothing, this is a poorly appointed hotel.
Just about everything. The hotel appeared to be locked up when we arrived and the room was not good. It had been poorly decorated, the bedding felt dirty, the towels were like sandpaper. Not a pleasant experience. We left as quickly as we could the following morning.
Excellent location 10 min walk from concert location and Spanish City and 2min walk to nearest Weatherspoons for breakfast
