Exellent séjour! Personnel très accueillant et serviable.
Un grand merci tout particulièrement à un membre de l’équipe le responsable je pense qui m’a accompagné jusqu’à la compagnie de bus pour m’aider à modifier mon billet.Un service vraiment attentionné, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

La gentillesse du personnel et son accueil.
La dame qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner le matin. Vraiment très gentille on a ressenti le sens de l'accueil Marocain.
La terrasse privée de la chambre
La situation de l'hôtel en pleine médina, même s'il est très difficile d'y accéder en voiture vous avez les enfants qui viennent vous proposer des places de parking pour 20dhs la nuit.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir la télécommande de la clim pour régler la température mais ce n'est vraiment pas un inconvénient.

El servicio es excelente, a pesar que no todo el mundo habla idiomas. Es super centrico, que es positivo, aunque tambien negativo. Muy bonito y un desayuno muy completo

Cons:

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, los m2 indicados deben incluir la ducha. Una habitación con dos camas,las maletas solo cabían entre las camas. Es demasiado céntrico en la calle turística y hay mucho ruido.
