Degelijk hotel waar men streeft naar old school kwaliteit.
Pros:

Mooie, ruime en kwalitetieve kamers met goede wellness. Lekker en kwaliteitsvol diner.

Cons:

Het uitzicht vanuit het hotel viel wat tegen aangezien je uitkijkt op het dak van de achterbuur. De kamers bevatten helaas ook geen airco en dranken zijn tijdens het avondmaal niet inbegrepen in de prijs. Voor de moeilijke eters is het avondmaal misschien niet zo geschikt door de beperkte mogelijkheden.

Essen allgemein war gut, Lage sehr gut, guter Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Personal sollte besser werden, speziell das Personal am Abend war grenzwertig.
Freundlichkeit, Umgang mit den Gästen ( die kleine untersetzte Kellnerin)
Preis/Leistung passt nicht.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la nature et le calme du lieu.
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins. Repas variés, présentés avec originalité. Hôtel idéalement situé , proche des sentiers de randonnée et de la gare.
Chambre au calme et bien insonorisée.

Black Forest hospitality at its finest - wonderful walking and fine food.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was fabulous from the moment we walked in. The staff were so welcoming and our suite felt brand new. We had a sauna and jacuzzi in our en-suite. A spa within a spa!! The evening menu was insanely good. A banquet of 7 courses every night. And it was perfectly positioned for all the hikes around Hinterzarten and Titisee to build up an appetite for those banquets!!

Cons:

The air con was eco which meant it couldn’t really cope with the 32 degree heat. However this was obviously exceptional and wouldn’t be an issue normally.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and delicious food
Pros:

Spent 4 nights here recently while on a work trip. Staff super friendly and helpful, food was excellent and my room and facilities were spotlessly clean.

Glück = keine Termine und leicht einen sitzen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und riecht in jedem Bereich sehr angenehm. Der Wellnessbereich ist üppig und es gibt diverse tolle Angebote. Das Hotel war zu unserem Besuch gut gebucht und man hatte trotzdem nie das Gefühl, es wäre eng oder überfüllt. In den Aufenthalts- und Wellnessbereichen verläuft es sich so gut, dass man sich wirklich entspannen kann. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und Programmhefte sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort sodass man wirklich alle Sorgen vergessen kann.
Das Personal ist stets freundlich, lustig und zuvorkommend. Angesprochene Allergien, Probleme oder Wünsche werden ernst genommen und es wird versucht, eine Alternative zu finden. Das Essen ist dabei eine Offenbarung. Abwechslungsreiche Gerichte mit tollen Zusammenstellungen und das in höchster Qualität. Die Abendmenüs lassen jedes Essen wie einen hochwertigen Restaurantbesuch wirken und man freut sich den ganzen Tag darauf. Auch die Mittagskuchen oder Naschereien im Wellnessbereich sorgten immer wieder für positive Überraschungen.
Die Spa-Anwendungen sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Auch hier wird auf die Wünsche eingegangen und es gibt eine gute Auswahl an zu wählenden Massagen.

Die Umgebung hat sicherlich auch diverse Attraktionen, Natur und lohnenswerte kleine Orte jedoch waren wir mit dem Angebot des Hotels und der nahen Nachbarschaft bereits ausreichend beschäftigt.

Alles in allem war das einfach eine absolut sorglose und erholsame Zeit bei der man auf sein Gewicht achten musste.

Rundum wunderbar - jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Der Service war hervorragend, die Wellnessanlage super gepflegt und hatte alles was wir uns wünschten, das Essen (Halbpension) war rundum herrlich, das Zimmer komfortabel und gross - wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche.

Cons:

Der „Bergblick“ von der Terrasse war vom Gebäude vis a vis verdeckt - dennoch eine tolle Terrasse.

Alles unter einem Dach: Erholung pur und Essen vom Feinsten!
Pros:

Von A bis Z ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das saubere und vielfältige Wellnessangebot und die hervorragende Küche ohne jeden Abstrich - excellent!

Cons:

Da fällt mir beim besten Willen nichts ein.
