Very expensive for mediocre to low service. Staff should be more friendly and professional.
Pros:

Central location, but hard to reach by car.

Cons:

Staff at breakfast was far from friendly. Cleaning staff enters room without knocking.
Only friendly staff was a young guy at reception.
First night breakfast was eggs-bread-juice-coffee. Second night there was a buffet. This at same price?!
Breakfast is supposed to open at 7am, but bread, coffee etc only arrives at 7.15.
Watch out when you pay in soles. Their exchange rate is very high! Normally in hotels they use the official day rate, but here they add a lot.
Shower is only just lukewarm, certainly not hot. Room with balcony was offered as “upgrade” but is very noisy: noise until 11pm and starts again at 4am.
This hotel is hugely overpriced. We got better service in all hotels that charged less than half, and this after 4 months of travel through Peru. So best to find other hotel.

Pros:

Cama muy cómoda, habitación eapaciosa, vista panoràmica de la plaza de Armas, buen desayuno.

Cons:

1) Como el balcón de mi habitación veía a la plaza de Armas. y como había fiesta, el ruido de la fiesta pasaba por la ventana hasta las 2 de la madrugada.

2) Dos horas antes de salir le pedí a la señora de la recepción que me llamara un taxi para la terminal de Ticllbus pero me dijo que no había taxis y no podía llamar a nadie. Una distancia de 1,5 km, bastante largo si llevas maleta y mochila. Me aconsejó encontrar un colectivo que pasa por la terminal, algo difícil si no eres local. El tema es que no quería llamar a un taxista.

Gracias Bella Huancavelica!!
Pros:

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal de recepción al llegar y salir del hotel, la ubicación es inmejorable, aunque mi habitación no tenía vista a la calle pero no era relevante. El desayuno fue agradable, el personal fue cumplidor. Tiene áreas comunes decoradas con antigüedades muy bonitas. La habitación fue cómoda, algo pequeña pero confortable, aromatizada y con agua caliente permanente.

Cons:

En realidad, la pasé bien. El personal de restaurante puede ser un poco más cordial y un 10/10.
