Malý hotel u Císařských lázní
Pros:

Hezká čtvrt, krásný výhled z okna na Císařské lázně, čistý, útulný pokoj.

Cons:

Rozdíl mezi částkou, kterou mi strhli z karty, a fakturou za ubytování. Chápu, že jde o kurzovní výkyvy, ale když potřebujete správnou částku do vyúčtování služební cesty, je to nepříjemné.

Perfektes Hotel für eine Nacht, um Karlsbad kennenzulernen
Pros:

Der Mann in der Reception war extrem nett, er half uns sogar per Telefon, als wir das Hotel nicht fanden. Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz neu, aber sehr sauber und das Bad ist sehr geräumig.
Die Lage ist toll, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Trinkhalle.
Das Frühstück war sensationell, es gab sogar Schnitzel.

Cons:

Wir konnten mit unserem Navi das Hotel nicht finden, weil es uns ins Zentrum führte. Dort war dann alles verboten und wir haben im Hotel angerufen. Es kam die Empfehlung aus dem Zentrum rauszufahren und dann das Hotel Imperial einzugeben. Damit waren wir erfolgreich.
Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel ind extrem teuer. Wir mussten 25€/Nacht bezahlen. Das finde ich übertrieben.

Está muy bien ubicado, la habitación está nueva y el desayuno es espectacular! La gente muy amable y podes estacionar en la puerta.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war so unfreundlich, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben, und das, obwohl im Hotel bekannt war, dass wir auf Silberhochzeitsreise waren.
Wir erheben an das Hotelpersonal wirklich keine großen Ansprüche, aber eine nette Begrüßung bei der Anreise, freundliche Hilfe bei Anliegen und ein bisschen Herzlichkeit (ein Lächeln, nettes Grüßen - zumindest als Antwort auf einen Gruß des Gastes -, usw.) haben wir auf allen Hotels unserer Reise erlebt, aber nicht hier.
Dies war umso enttäuschender, weil der vorherige schriftliche Kontakt sehr nett war.
Wir haben uns bemüht, uns nicht zu sehr zu ärgern, weil wir uns diese Reise zu unserem Festtag nicht vermiesen lassen wollten. Aber schade war es schon.
Auch der Zimmerservice war enttäuschend. Das Bad war sauber, das Bett gemacht, aber die Schlafkleidung einfach quer hineingeschmissen.
Benutzte Gläser und Tassen wurden schmutzig auf dem Tisch stehengelassen.
Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher und Tassen, aber nicht wie in allen anderen Hotels eine kleine Kollektion an Kaffee/Tee.
