Velmi mila a ochotná p. recepčná, ktorá nám rada vymenila izbu za krajšiu s úžasným výhladom. Hotel je výborne situovaný a izba bola ticha, romantická. Cena s ranajkami Top .
Určite sa ešte raz vrátime do tohto hotela. Odporučam.

Schöne Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer in der 6. Etage, sehr geräumig mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum sehr beengt. Vielleicht könnte man mit Zeitspannen arbeiten, in denen man sich abends einträgt und wenn voll, dann voll. Dann schlaf ich eben ne halbe Stunde länger und hänge nicht sinnlos an der Rezeption rum. Frühstück war i.o. wenn man nicht zuviel erwartet.

Pros:

Výborná poloha hotelu, klid, velmi ochotná paní recepční. Snídaně byly v pořádku, menší jídelna. Pohodlné postele, prostorná koupelna. Parkování dál od hotelu, s ohledem na probíhající RunCzech celkem pochopitelné. Paní recepční nás skvěle nasměrovala jak na parking, tak na možnosti v okolí. Určitě se budeme vracet.

Die Parkplatz Situation in Karlsbad, und Die Preise dafür .Da das Hotel genau an der Strasse liegt ist es etwas Laut.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf das Kaiserbad und den Fluss ist wunderschön.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagiert. Das Essen war super lecker und die Portionen waren wirklich sehr groß.
Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Als kleine Empfehlung wäre ein Aschenbecher vor dem Hoteleingang praktisch, da im Hotel nicht geraucht werden darf und Gäste draußen keine Möglichkeit haben, Zigarettenreste zu entsorgen
