ich möchte meine große Enttäuschung über meinen letzten Hotelaufenthalt zum Ausdruck bringen

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Während des Frühstücks mussten sich die Gäste zudem selbst um einen freien Tisch kümmern, was bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse für mich absolut nicht akzeptabel ist.

Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei einem Preis von 700 € pro Nacht erwarte ich einen entsprechend hohen Standard, sowohl hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit als auch beim Service. Dieser Anspruch wurde leider in keiner Weise erfüllt.

Wir haben das Hotel ausdrücklich um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Statt auf unsere Bitte einzugehen, wurde lediglich erneut der Reinigungsservice in unser Zimmer geschickt.

Ich nutze Booking.com seit rund 20 Jahren und reise regelmäßig, teilweise monatlich. In all diesen Jahren hatte ich bisher großes Vertrauen in Ihre Plattform. Umso enttäuschender ist es für mich, dass ich mich nun zum ersten Mal wirklich von Booking.com enttäuscht fühle.

Too many things . The hotel has a beautiful sea view, but unfortunately, there were quite a few things that made our stay disappointing and overall felt like an overrated and overpriced experience.

1. No elevators. This is a large hotel with many stairs, which is very inconvenient, especially with luggage and when moving around the property.
2. The “sea view” balcony is not really usable. Although the view is beautiful, there is a very busy road directly in front of the balcony. The traffic and noise make it difficult to enjoy sitting outside.
3. The food was the biggest disappointment. This was the worst buffet food we experienced during our trip to Greece. The quality and selection were very disappointing. We had much better food at the rooftop restaurant and in restaurants in town, where we also enjoyed a much more pleasant and private dining experience. Unfortunately, the food at the hotel’s beach cafe was also not good.
4. The hotel beach is not free. Guests have to pay €50, which feels excessive considering the price of the hotel.
5. The beach shuttle service is poorly organized and has very limited hours. The shuttle runs only from 10:00 to 18:00. If you miss the 18:00 shuttle, you have to walk back. We ended up walking back and forth to Maratha Beach instead of waiting for a shuttle. By comparison, at a hotel we stayed at in Italy, the beach shuttle was very well organized: you signed up in advance, knew you had a guaranteed ride, and the service operated until 19:00. That system was much more convenient and reliable.
6. The terrace umbrellas do not provide enough shade at breakfast. They are positioned in a way that provides very little shade in the morning.

I completely agree with previous review about breakfast “Breakfast was a complete mess every morning: overcrowded, poorly organized, with very limited choices and disappointing food quality.

The roof top restaurant we had a very bad experience with the staff what effected our stay. The food was very basic and highly overpriced

The hotel is very old, does not justify its high price. The rooms are outdated, the facilities are clearly in need of renovation, and there was no ventilation in my bathroom.

What was particularly difficult to see was the lack of accessibility and the apparent prioritization of cost-cutting over guest and staff welfare. Given the prices being charged, the hotel could surely afford to install an exterior elevator. Instead, I watched young staff members carrying heavy luggage up and down with a manual trolleys, while guests with strollers and people with walking difficulties also had to deal with the stairs. It was genuinely heartbreaking to see, and it gave the impression of corporate greed rather than genuine hospitality.

Breakfast was a complete mess every morning: overcrowded, poorly organized, with very limited choices and disappointing food quality. For the prices this hotel charges, I find it unacceptable to serve the same low-quality frozen pastries and basic canned products that I can buy at Lidl for a fraction of the price. You simply cannot market yourself as a four-star hotel while serving the cheapest canned beans and mass-produced frozen pastries, instant coffee is horrible as well, The only foods I actually enjoyed were the fresh fruit, pickles, and olives.
There was only one water bowl/dispenser serving the entire hotel, meaning guests had to stand in line just to get a glass of water. This is not what I would expect from a four-star property. The lighting and interior design are a total flop, I was expecting the twins from the Shining movie to make an appearance.


The hotel clearly has the location, the views, and staff who are willing to provide good service. But those positives cannot compensate for outdated facilities, poor food quality, and the lack of accessibility.

Overall, this hotel does not provide the standard, experience, or value I would expect for the price.

Hôtel sans âme , de longs couloirs , des escaliers , pas d ascenseur , chaque étage est éclairé par des néons de couleurs vives très moches qui traversent la chambre , on entend les voisins dans la chambre d à côté , odeur désagréable dans les couloirs , pas de salle de fitness alors que l hôtel est énorme ,personnel tantôt très sympathique , tantôt franchement désagréable , ne vaut clairement pas le prix ni les étoiles

Les équipements sont un peu vétustes et nécessiteraient une rénovation notamment la climatisation.

The walk up from the road at night was hard work sometimes. Its a shame there is no kiddies pool or a shallow end where they can walk in . The childrens playground needs a sun canopy or shade over it as the slides etc got very hot

The pillows and beds were not as comfortable as we expect. The bathroom did not have good ventilation. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and there were no mosquito nets on the windows. The so-called White View restaurant did not offer such a rich menu and in terms of price and taste, it was inferior to the food at the buffet.
