Bardzo nieprofesjonalna obsługa recepcji…
Pros:

Obiekt ma piękną okolicę, faktycznie jak Wenecja w Polsce. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie

Zdecydowanie nie podobała mi się obsługa recepcji i sposób w jaki zostałam potraktowana. Po rezerwacji pokoju dla 3 osób ( dwójka dorosłych i 15 latka ) okazało się, że niestety dodatkowo należy zapłacić za dostawkę na którą w pokoju moim zdaniem nie było miejsca. Nigdzie na bookingu takiej informacji o dostawce nie było, a poza tym otrzymałam potwierdzenie że pobyt mojego dziecka będzie w hotelu bez dodatkowych opłat. Druga kwestia to informacja że śniadanie również będzie dla 2 osób. W tym wszystkim uważam można było załatwić ten temat miło i tak aby wszyscy byli zadowoleni, ale Pani z recepcji skomentowała to tak- jeśli da nam Pani negatywną opinię to nie ma sensu się dla Pani starać. Po poproszeniu o rozmowę z kierownikiem czy menadżerem niestety również zostałam zignorowana. Usłyszałam że zarezerwowałam pokój dla 2 osób, a teraz chce mieć za darmo dla trzech….zaznaczam, że otrzymałam maila z pytaniem o dziecko i dostawkę, co oczywiście nie było ok, bo o
dopłacie poinformowanie mnie już po rezerwacji, ale potwierdza, że hotel wiedział że przyjeżdżamy z dzieckiem. Pomimo uroków wokół hotelu nie było radości z pobytu z uwagi na bardzo nieprofesjonalne zachowanie Pani z recepcji, która nawet nie próbowała wyjaśnić nieporozumienia tylko zadawała pytania - czego Pani oczekuje. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne, Pani z dużą łaską uwzględniła śniadanie dla córki. Dlatego polecam uroki wokół hotelu, ale bez gwarancji jakości obsługi. Myślę, że nie zawsze trafia się na niekompetentną i niestety nie miłą osobę. Pani dodała jeszcze krótko i zwięźle, że chciałaby pobrać pieniądze za ten 2 osobowy pokój, który zarezerwowałam. Obsługa na mniej niż 1 niestety. Hotel niestety stracił w moich oczach przez taką obsługę i więcej tam nie wrócę.

Śniadanie dobre, duży wybór.

Cons:

Obiekt ładny, choć czasy świetności ma za sobą. Materac wyleżany, wstałem z bólem w lędżwiach. W pokoju było jacuzzi, w którym woda była brudna. Chcąc użyć trzeba było samemu umyć. Na zewnątrz wszędzie pełno pajęczyn. Teren obszerny lecz kompletnie nie zadbany. Zamiast rabat kwiatowych sztuczne kwiaty.

recepčná bola príjemná slečna, ktorá ale nezachránila hrozný dojem z ubytovania
slečne recepčnej by som prial aby našla kvalitný hotel a netrápila sa v tomto "rezorte", pretože je škoda strácať čas v tomto neperspektívnom zariadení

Cons:

všetko okrem recepčnej

a nakoniec som sa veľmi dobre rozhodol, že som odišiel do iného hotela - do skutočného hotela
