Temperatura muy agradable, Cama muy cómoda y almohadas, Desayuno buena calidad y abundante, personal muy amable, Excelente vista, Agua caliente de ducha excelente.

Buen lugar para pasar un par de días.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y tranquila, el personal y la atención fueron excelentes.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son mucho más oscuras, viejas y pequeñas que en las fotos. En general las fotos no reflejan el lugar.

Lovely, quirky hotel
Pros:

Lovely building with lots of cute features. I loved all the plants and small details around the hotel.
Staff were friendly, helpful, kept my bag for the day while I went exploring following check out.
Room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

It would be great to have tea making facilities in the room. It was provided in the lounge area but only until 6.30pm.. which is very early if you're out for the day.

Pros:

La verdad es que el alojamiento es muy acogedor y agradable, el personal está siempre dispuesto apoyar, los desayunos son excelentes, la ubicación y todo es muy lindo, hay lugares muy interesantes alrededor, esta es la cuarta vez que me hospedo, siempre cuando voy a Puerto Varas pienso primero en casa Kalfu, lo recomiendo a 1000

Al ser de madera, se escucha cuando la gente camina, sale de sus habitaciones, hablan en el pasillo, he incluso se escucha la habitación contigua

Cálido y familiar
Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación, el personal fue siempre muy cordial.
Nosotros íbamos por una ocasión muy especial y todo fue perfecto, nos dejaron hacer check in antes ya que teníamos tours.
Así que completamente agradecidos de la atención y la hospitalidad del hotel y sus personal.
