Sehr schöne Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den See waren groß und sauber. Vom 2. Stock hatten wir auch einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den See. Tolle Lage, angenehm ruhig. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum Frühstücken, leider waren die Wespen heuer sehr lästig.
Sehr angenehm war der leere Kühlschrank, man konnte selbst entscheiden, ob und was man hineingeben will. Es gab auch einen kleinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer mit Teesackerln, aber keine Milch oder Zitrone dabei. Vermutlich hätten wir an der Rezeption danach fragen können.

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden von einer Firma gereinigt, diese kommt erst gegen 11 Uhr, dann werden zuerst die Zimmer gemacht, die neu belegt werden. Am ersten Tag war unser Zimmer um 3/4 3 noch nicht aufgeräumt, als wir zurückkamen und uns schon etwas ausruhen wollten. Conditioner etc. wurde nicht jeden Tag nachgegeben, ich habe mir dann welchen von der Rezeption geholt.
Die Matratzen sind recht hart, ich habe sie lieber weicher, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Traumhaft schöner Ausblick
Pros:

Herrlicher Blick über den See, Sankt Gilgen und den Schafberg.
Großes Zimmer, Bad mit Wanne und Dusche und extra Toilette. Alles recht gepflegt, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit kleinen Abnutzungserscheinungen.
Zum Frühstücken alles was man braucht. Auch Filterkaffee vorbereitet.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage direkt am See
Pros:

Die Unterkunft besticht einfach durch ihre Lage! ☺️ wunderschöner Ausblick und Garten, eigener Badebereich und zu Fuß ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten im Ort.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas karg eingerichtet.

Keine Liegen in der schönen Grünanlage (nicht wie auf einem Foto), Liegen am See viel zu eng gestellt, Bootshaus wirkte eher wie Abstellkammer, bei bestem Wetter kein Abendbrot auf der sehr schönen Terrasse (mit unterschiedlichen Begründungen weshalb nicht), Tischtennisplatte nicht gesehen,

Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das personal getrübt
Pros:

Der Steg ist wunderschön. Allerdings stehen dort sehr viele Liegen sehr dicht nebeneinander, sodass es an Privatsphäre und Ruhe fehlt.

Cons:

Das Verhalten des Personals entsprach leider nicht dem Preisniveau des Hotels; teilweise empfanden wir den Umgang sogar als unhöflich. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung wäre das Hotel künftig nicht mehr meine erste Wahl, und auch Freunden würde ich es nur mit Vorbehalt empfehlen.

The location is amazing, and having direct access to the lake is wonderful. However, the room could use some improvement

The hotel is located in a truly beautiful area. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the lake.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which we were aware of, but we expected there to be at least a fan available. The nights were very hot, and there was no fan in the room. There are insects in the area, so it was not possible to leave the window fully open. As a result, we were very hot and sweaty at night and had a very difficult time sleeping throughout almost our entire stay. Having a fan in the room would have made a big difference.

Unfortunately, the dinner was not very good and did not meet our expectations.

There is also not enough staff at the hotel. The staff members who are there are doing their best and were helpful, but the shortage of staff is noticeable.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mit dem Blick auf den See und die Berge ist einmalig. Das Hotel atmet durch und durch Geschichte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, am besten auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Die Küche am Abend war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, besonders die Mädels im Praktikum, sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr unruhig. Besser draußen, wenn man sich mit den Wespen arrangieren kann. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas tricky. Man muss schon zur rechten Zeit da sein, um einen ordentlichen Platz zu ergattern.

Pros:

Property location is absolutely perfect, stunning corner on the Wolfgangsee, secluded and, at the same time, very close to the town centre

Cons:

Very authentic feel about the old part of the hotel. Also, well organised and maintained the beach area, and providing guests with the beach accessories was a very nice touch
