Terrible
Pros:

The woman who checked me in was super nice and helpful. I am very grateful for her hard work. The room was clean as were the linens and kitchen area.

Cons:

The loud banging and shouting from 22:00 to 03:30 was extremely disruptive made it impossible to rest. Two white noise machines and earplugs were no match for the noise and banging. Also, every few minutes the next door unit's dog was freaking out and barking like crazy, for sustained, repeated times. It sounded like someone stepping on the dog, how they squeal in pain. The latenight commotion and disrespectful behavior made it impossible to sleep. On the contrary, the experience was quite stressful. If you enjoy being forced to endure loud banging, shouting and merciless dog barking until late at night (and paying for it), then this is just the place is for you. Leaving and getting away from the obnoxious, relentless nuisances and the selfish, disespectful people causing them was by far the best part of the experience. I feel sorry for that poor dog. Finally, the room reeked of feces or sewage and literally made me gag. I hate this place.

A confirmed booking doesn't guarantee that this hotel will accommodate you.
Cons:

Once you have the confirmed booking, it does not guarantee that you will stay at this property. An hour before arriving, I received the following message from the hotel.

"hello, i am so sorry but i couldn't host you at the time . i was trying to close the dates and you already booked it . please cancel the reservation. i hope you find other place"

I don't trust the hotel because I received this message 12 hours after my booking was confirmed.

Pros:
