Great hotel in the center of the city
Pros:

Amazing location, everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was hot water, air conditioning, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Look closely at the reviews before booking it
Pros:

The location is decent, about a 7-minute ride by public transport from the city center, so no complaints there.

Cons:

We arrived in the morning and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage until the official check-in time at 2 PM. We dropped it off around noon and were told that the room would be ready in about 40 minutes. At the same time, we were encouraged to pay in cash if possible.

Unfortunately, we did not have the full amount available in cash, so we exchanged some money and paid the rest by card. The staff did not seem particularly pleased with this, but the real disappointment started when we entered the room.

The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom was in very poor condition. The shampoo and soap dispensers were heavily rusted, the ventilation fan did not work at all, and the bathroom door could barely be opened or closed unless you pulled it forcefully.

The shower cabin door had a significant gap, allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor every time we showered. The shower holder was loose and unstable, making it uncomfortable to use. Since there was no functioning ventilation, the bathroom filled with steam immediately after a shower, and the only way to clear it was to leave the bathroom door open.

What disappointed me most is that these are not hidden defects. They are obvious maintenance issues that staff should have noticed and reported long before guests had to point them out and PAID FOR IT! Rusted fixtures, poor ventilation and damaged fittings are unacceptable in a hotel environment and create serious hygiene concerns.

I honestly felt embarrassed on behalf of the hotel. Asking guests to pay in cash while offering facilities in this condition does not leave a good impression.

I would definitely recommend visiting Tbilisi, as it is a beautiful city, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.
