Convenient, clean, kind host
Pros:

Convenient location in the old town. It was near supermarkets and nice restaurants. Host was kind and friendly. Bathroom is spacious and clean.

Cons:

There were no side tables by the bed. My room only had small windows way up high on the ceiling and one of them could not shut well so we heard traffic noises through the night. It was okay for one night’s stay.

Очень уютный, аутентичный семейный отель в типичном грузинском дворике, где все друг друга знают. Прекрасные, гостеприимные хозяева Тамара и её сын Каха, всегда готовые посоветовать, где покушать, куда сходить погулять, да и просто поговорить вечером по душам за чашечкой чая. Если хотите прикоснуться к истории страны, начните с людей, которые ее населяют и этот отель отличный вариант!

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and recently renovated, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also excellent-very close to the city center and within easy reach of all the main attractions. I truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Considering the price, this is probably as good as it gets. Nice owner, clean rooms, modern bathroom, central location, a shared balcony for breathing fresh air, and free water and tea. The rooms are small, but this is no secret, just be aware.
