Très bonne adresse, bien située
Pros:

L'ambiance familiale que partage le gérant et sa mère avec les voyageurs.
La proximité du centre et de la station de métro ainsi que les restaurants et épiceries.
Le calme car l'hébergement est située dans une cour intérieure, les fenêtres coté rue sont en doubles, donc on entend rien.
Le balcon avec chaises et table même s'il n'y a que très peu de places.
Une toute petite cuisine pour un minimum si on veut rester tranquille le soir.

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha aspettato sino al nostro arrivo la sera tardi fornendoci le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno

Purtroppo non avendo Internet per mettermi in contatto col proprietario al mio arrivo ho dovuto lasciare l auto sul marciapiede per poter andare a chiamarlo a casa perché al mio arrivo ho trovato la sbarra del cancello abbassata

A tip for first-time arrivals: finding the entrance can be a little tricky — there’s a barrier and a bus lane where you can’t stop. The simple solution is to contact the hosts beforehand — they will come and meet you at the barrier and guide you in. Once you’re there, the welcome is warm and the family is genuinely kind and helpful. The room is clean with all the amenities you need, and the balcony is a real bonus — a perfect spot to wind down with a glass of wine after a day in the city. Would recommend.

Pros:

Безукоризненно. Хорошие матрасы, санузел. Чистый, новый небольшой номер с узким балкончиком. На кухоньке есть всё необходимое - посуда, бокалы, чай и кофе. Ничего не нужно просить у хозяев - стиральная машина, фены - в общем доступе. Шикарный общий балкон с креслами, где можно курить ( особенно актуально для номеров без балкона). Старый город в пешей доступности. За эту цену - всё прекрасно.

A 9.5 if only...
Pros:

The place is very near to the metro station and to the bus stop of the 337 bus (that which goes to the airport). It is very clean and everything works great. The owner is very friendly. There are little supermarket around.

Cons:

My mattress was gone. Very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in your back.

Hotel dal ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo a conduzione famigliare, posizionato nel quartiere di Avlabari, a poca distanza dal metro,e centro citta,area silenziosa e comoda per trovare supermarket,ufficio cambio e godersi vista dal alto.
