Herzlichkeit & Komfort
Pros:

Ein extrem herzliches Willkommen-heißen durch den Gastgeber! Ich hab mich direkt in die Familie aufgenommen gefühlt. Zudem konnte ich auch erst mal direkt meine Wäsche waschen und dann draußen aufhängen.

Гостеприимные хозяева, отличное расположение, во дворе можно припарковать машину. Рядом классное кафе, до исторического центра идти 10-15 минут. По соотношению цена-качества очень хороший вариант.

Les photos prises et visibles sur la plate-forme ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Il s'agit d'un appartement sale, les parties privatives comme cuisine sont partagées. Nous n'avons pas testé.

Recommended Hotel in Avlabari in Tbilisi
Pros:

This is a classic case of don’t judge a book by the cover! The exterior and the staircase of the building are older but the room was updated with a very modern bathroom. There is access to a washing machine, microwave, drinking water and a small patio overlooking the residential courtyard and some of the old town. You can get to the old town in around 15 minutes on foot, and luggage can be left at the hotel before check in and after check out. The bed was comfortable and there’s air con. Recommended, particularly for the price and location!

Cons:

I needed the host’s help to find the hotel so better instructions are required. I also asked for a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper and I could still hear traffic noise as there was a small upper window facing the busy street.

Pros:

Очень уютный отель в центре города. Семья, которая содержит отель очень доброжелательная. В апартаментах хороший качественный ремонт номеров. Есть возможность в любое время суток приготовить чай, кофе. Уютная небольшая кухня позволяет приготовить еду. Рядом метро и остановки общественного транспорта.
