A estadia foi francamente fraca

Já é o 3ano consecutivo que visito o hotel e este ano estava francamente mau. O serviço nas refeições era fraco (mesas sujas, louças indisponíveis e sujas, oferta de alimentação fraca com pouca qualidade, funcionarios novos pouco simpáticos e pouco disponiveis, muito barulho, clientes a marcar lugares na piscina não sensibilizados pela equipa do hotel).No decorrer da estadia tive uma intoxicação alimentar que certamente foi despoletada por algum alimento do hotel e foi me informado que não entregavam chá e torrada no quarto. Como é possível ? Agradeço a todos os funcionários antigos e disponíveis mas não tenho intenção de regressar. Obrigada

Un poco decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

La tv no funcionaba, se comunicó y estuvieron arreglándola pero al día siguiente dejó de funcionar nuevamente.
Encontramos una cucaracha en el cuarto de baño.
El agua en la ducha o salía ardiendo o salía fría, no se podía regular.
La tarjeta del parking o no funcionaba directamente o resultaba tedioso el que hiciera contacto para activar la barrera.
Solicité una toalla de baño y tardaron una hora en llevarla a la habitación.
