L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel et de la direction afin de me faire passer un très bon séjour. Le menu du soir au restaurant et très bien avec un bon rapport qualité prix et un service attentionné

Precies goed als je betaalbare superlocatie zoekt
Pros:

Locatie en no-nonsense. Kleine gedateerde kamers maar daardoor zeer betaalbaar in een zeer dure omgeving. Unieke locatie met 360 graden views midden tussen Crans en Montana. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, goed ontbijt in een fraaie ruimte.

Très bon séjour d’une nuit
Pros:

C’était la deuxième fois que nous venions pour un séjour d’une nuit à l’hôtel du lac ! Très beau petit hôtel au bord du lac, très bonne position dans le centre ville et merveilleux accueil par le personnel.

Cons:

La qualité des oreillers pourraient être améliorés, ils sont très mous et celui de mon mari n’avait presque plus de mousse à l’intérieur…
