Great location, facilities, staff!
Pros:

Location and staff were great. The hotel is right on the promenade.

Cons:

Shower door was broken on our initial room and we had to switch rooms as a result.

Super zentrale Lage mit vergünstigter Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Sehr freundliches, zuvokommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wunderbare Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Altbau mit sehr vielen baubedingten Stufen und Höhenunterschieden. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen zu weich und knarrten sehr laut bei jeder Bewegung.

Excellent location, comfort, and value in the heart of Zell am See
Pros:

Excellent location right in the center of Zell am See, close to everything, with a surprisingly nice lateral lake view. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, with great non-feather pillows, chocolates on the bed, a coffee machine in each room, strong WiFi, and a fan provided. We stayed in both a budget room and a larger family room with a separate bedroom and living room with a sofa bed, and both were very comfortable. There is also an elevator at the back of the hotel, which is helpful for guests with mobility difficulties.
The lady in charge at reception was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel’s restaurant was very good, and breakfast had plenty of healthy and vegetarian options. I especially liked the sunny-side-up eggs. The Zell am See-Kaprun Mobility Card was also included, which was a great benefit. Overall, I found the hotel excellent in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, and value — in some ways even better than neighboring five-star hotels.

Cons:

No Sommerkarte - this would have saved us a lot of money on cable cars, boat trips, and other attractions. There is no in-room fridge, although the lady in charge kindly let us store food in the hotel kitchen fridge. Croissants at breakfast would also have been a nice addition.

Pros:

Ubicato in pieno centro di Zell am See a poca distanza dall'omonimo lago. Dotato di rifiniture normali ne abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto le finestre isolanti verso il gran brusio della sottostante via, affollata soprattutto la sera. Molto gentile e disponibile l'accoglienza (in lingua inglese). La prima colazione offre prevalentemente opzioni salate (molto apprezzate da alcuni ospiti che anche si sono imbustati il pranzo al sacco). L'autorimessa pubblica ubicata a poca distanza è convenzionata con questa struttura (15 euro al giorno invece di 42) il che consente di muoversi gratuitamente nei dintorni con i mezzi pubblici grazie all'apposita Card fornita all'arrivo.

Für eine Nacht bei unserem Motorradausflug war es optimal

Parkmöglichkeit für unsere Motorräder in einem zum Hotel gehörenden Innenhof

Cons:

Leider waren Nachts viele Nachtschwärmer unter unserem Hotelzimmerfenster unterwegs (sehr laut und mit viel Alkohol)

Angenehmes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist, obwohl sehr nah am Marktplatz, sehr ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man am See und auch am Bahnhof. Vom Zimmer in der vierten Etage war der Blick auf die Berge und den See sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
