The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

from the outside, looked very quaint

Cons:

No, air-conditioning no elevator, didn’t feel safe, staying here and did not try to fix anything to make us feel more comfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ci aspettavamo di meglio...
Pros:

La posizione centralissima, il palazzo e la camera (molto spaziosa, soffito alto e bei pezzi d'arredamento).

Cons:

L'accoglienza iniziale, pulizia, la poca manutenzione e la colazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, in occasione di un matrimonio.
Con la necessità di riposare dopo il viaggio e i tempi stretti per prepararci all'evento (più la reception vuota poco dopo il nostro arrivo), non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di segnalare i problemi.
Parlarne la mattina dopo ci è parso inutile.

A posteriori, vista l'esperienza, riteniamo che ci fossero gli estremi per un rimborso.

Personale molto gentile.
La camera accogliente e pulita. Il bagno è grande e ben fornito.

Cons:

La colazione speravamo fosse meglio, soprattutto perché la struttura possiede una gelateria al piano terra.
Letto non tanto comodo.

La posizione nel centro storico di Caserta vecchia, abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina nella piazzetta davanti all'hotel per la notte (siamo arrivati alle 21), in camera abbiamo trovato un condizionatore portatile e un ventilatore già acceso.

Cons:

Non è facilissimo da raggiungere, le indicazioni stradali non sempre sono chiare, è stato necessario l'aiuto telefonico dello staff.

Une vraie détente au frais quand on arrive de Caserta et la vallée
Pros:

L’emplacement est assez magique dans un village perdu dans la nature, sur la place devant le duomo. Et la dame à la réception a un sourire qui fait fondre. Le petit-déjeuner comporte et du sucré et du salé : parfait.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un poil petites mais dans un palais épiscopal du Moyen Âge on ne construisait pas non plus des salles de bal.
