The only good thing was the smiling young men working the reception.
#1 thing I didn't like was the only woman working the reception. She was older. She was always rude and seemed like she hated her job and everyone there. In the 2 weeks I ended up staying there she was such an unpleasant person that I actually made an effort to avoid her which made it uncomfortable. And the other extremely major point was that they lied horribly about the internet speed. I booked the place originally because they literally say on their ad on booking that they have extremely high speed internet. Not a single day I was there did the internet ever work properly. Even when I could stay connected longer than 20 minutes the speed was horrible. My cellphone connection ended up being better. Booking really should test their internet or make them take down this claim. It's an absolute lie and scam. And lastly the food in their restaurant was never good. And my bathroom shower always leaked all over the floor and the entire room was covered in mold.
Il prezzo per una camera privata è vantaggioso, la hall sembra accogliente ma non ho provato la cucina.
Ero al terzo piano e avevo una blatta per compagna di camera, quindi direi che la pulizia dello stabile lascia molto a desiderare. Il quartiere, nonostante fosse centrale, non mi è sembrato molto sicuro al calar del buio (quindi dopo le 18) e mi è stato confermato anche da gente del posto. Non si può pagare con carta di credito.

Welcoming and clean place
I didn't like how the front desk lady was a bit mean.
Le personnel qui est d'une attention et d'un professionnalisme. Ils sont aux petits soins pour chaque demande malgré la vétusté de l'immeuble. L'emplacement qui est proche du centre ville malgré le côté bruyant et la sécurité qu'on ressent à l'intérieur par rapport à ce dernier.
Le manque d'entretien de l'immeuble en général. Ça sent l'enfermé sur certaines chambres....

Stanza molto grande e luminosa. Staff molto cortese. Zona centrale ma in un brutto quartiere.

L’acqua a volte mancava, non so se per un guasto in hotel o per i noti disservizi della città. L’acqua calda non c’era, ma mi hanno portato un secchio e un bollitore.
Il piatto su cui portavano la colazione non era mai molto pulito.
Quite basic, minimal furniture but cheap and well located. Restaurant just left of its entrance is better and cheaper than hotel restaurant.
Breakfast absolutely minimal, small piece of bread and jam. We got a room at 4th floor - no elevator. WiFi slow and breaking connections.

L'ensemble de l'hôtel ne change pas depuis mon 1er séjour il y a 7ans et les deux chef d'équipe toujours aussi conviviales.
Un certain employer du petit déjeuner du matin ( kind.....?) sont arrogance, malpoli, il n'a rien a faire dans une telle maison .
