Pros:

Excellent location for beach and places to eat, bus routes or walk into town. Very clean and host is friendly and attentive. I had a single room which was perfect and the price very reasonable.

Cheap and cheerful, a nice basic room.
Pros:

It’s a nice simple place, which is all you can expect at such a reasonable price. The gentleman who checked me in and out (I assume the owner) was really lovely and the room had everything you could need for a simple stay.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room in general was a little bit lacking which wouldn’t be an issue except that I have a dust mite allergy and was triggered very strongly the first night of my stay to the point I couldn’t sleep. But the bedding and towels were nice and fresh which is always good. There was some small maintenance issues (toilet roll holder broken and held together with a rubber band, toilet flush loose and door stuck quite badly) but nothing was unusable.

I would happily stay again
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, although it states no parking, I was able to park on both nights with no difficulty.
My room was a basic one bed, with an en-suite. The bed was clean and comfortable, it was very quiet on both nights. There were others staying but I only heard one other person going in to their room. There was a small television and a kettle with tea/coffee available.
The shower cubicle was small but efficient.
No breakfast available but that was not a problem. The hotel owner knocked on the door around 9:30am and asked if I needed anything, (I was staying two nights) which I thought was nice.

Cons:

The kettle needs descaling as it was thick yellow on the pipes inside.

Good stay for one night with great location
Pros:

Amazing location, had all the basics you need, friendly and helpful owner

Cons:

The bath spat out a lot of sediment

The location was fab for the beach. Very easy to find and park. Loved that I had an en-suite room

In an ideal scenario I would have loved a small fridge in the room.

Wonderful stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located near the beach which is so convenient and also near bus stops. Its clean and checking in and out was easy.
