Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Great location. The staff were great , even on a bank holiday Sun/Mon with temperatures of 30 c plus they kept their cool.
We loved the building and the room.

Cons:

I'd say the cooked breakfast was distinctively average. However there was a good supply of fresh fruit and bakery options as well.

Great place for a small vacation to see the area. Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Perfect location over looking the Needles - easy access to sea and village of Milford on Sea.

Special shout out for Brenda - duty manager who was very attentive and made you feel very welcome.

Cons:

The only slight issue was the adjoining bathroom wall was not very sound proof so we could hear every bathroom sounds. Just needs some attention.

Great location but a disappointing experience.
Pros:

The location is incredible, offering a stunning view over the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the beach, with miles of coastline to explore in either direction. Some of the original features of the Siemens family house have been retained, such as the stained glass windows and wooden panelling. We received a warm welcome from Brenda, and the staff were generally friendly. This is where the good part of the review ends.

Cons:

The fundamentals of a great hotel include comfort, functional facilities, and good food. Unfortunately, The Beach House falls short in all these areas. We treated ourselves to the Indulgence Room, Lilac, Room 10, and our first impressions were positive, thanks to the room, the view, and the spacious bathroom with a roll-top bath. After enjoying an excellent meal at the Lighthouse along the coast, we returned to the hotel and went to bed.

However, the bed itself was disappointing: the frame was squeaky, the mattress was lumpy, and during the night, one of the "brass" rails fell off. Additionally, one of the four "brass" knobs was missing, leaving a sharp, exposed screw. In the morning, we found that the shower tray was plastic and felt bouncy, and the shower pressure was very low, resulting in only a dribble of water.

Next came breakfast. While it was acceptable overall, the inclusion of a cold, cooked beef tomato in the Full English breakfast was unappetising.

The owners of this hotel should take a step back and ask themselves what their guests truly want. They need to read the reviews, particularly regarding the Lilac Room, which has received numerous criticisms, fix the issues and make the hotel more welcoming, particularly in the bar/lobby area.
