The breakfast served was really quite poor. And a much lesser standard than fellow guests had experienced previously.
Room was exceptional, especially the gorgeous bath and glorious view. Food in the evening was also very tasty and staff throughout were helpful. Would certainly visit again in the future as well as spend more time exploring the local area.
Nothing worth mentioning that could be improved.
Position and historical property. Lovely to have a sea view… despite tiny room. Staff were friendly (but overworked!)
Shower was broken. (We reported it but it was not repaired during our 3 night stay) Room was tiny. Staff were overworked and didn’t even take our order for breakfast on the third day… also toast which we ordered was not delivered. Didn’t like the black sun shades on tables as they made the place look like an ordinary pub ( this place used to have class as ‘Westover Hall’ )
Location good
Breakfast ingredients and quality could be improved
Absolutely wonderful and interesting Arts and Crafts house in great location. Bedroom decoration in soft tones and very comfortably furnished. The staff are lovely.
Leaving!
Stunning location and amazing building. Staff very friendly.
Beautiful looking bed but hard and very squeaky (just with normal use, no shennanigans!)
Location could see the sea!
Steep stairs
Location, beautiful big room and bathroom. Food good, ate fish and chips. Breakfast good
Very little...cold water tap ran warm water, shower pressure a little weak and prices a little high but overall, no complaints.
Perfect location and beautiful rooms
Great location. The staff were great , even on a bank holiday Sun/Mon with temperatures of 30 c plus they kept their cool.
We loved the building and the room.
I'd say the cooked breakfast was distinctively average. However there was a good supply of fresh fruit and bakery options as well.
Excellent setting, building and rooms.
More staff needed, better food choices, lighter food options/snacks
Perfect location over looking the Needles - easy access to sea and village of Milford on Sea.
Special shout out for Brenda - duty manager who was very attentive and made you feel very welcome.
The only slight issue was the adjoining bathroom wall was not very sound proof so we could hear every bathroom sounds. Just needs some attention.
