Muy lindo hotelito, inesperado en un lugar con poca oferta de alojamiento.
Pros:

El hotel es moderno, limpio, super agradable, cosa que no es común encontrar en localidades chicas y poco (o nada) turísticas. Fue una muy buena sorpresa.

Cons:

El garage no estaba disponible, pese a que estaba incluido en la publicación y no era necesario reservar. Cuando llegamos (al atardecer) el cupo de lugares en el garage se había completado. De todas maneras, estacionamos en la calle, frente al hotel y el lugar es muy seguro. No fue mayor inconveniente.

Mala atención al cliente.
Pros:

El edificio en si está bien, el cuarto y las camas, todo en orden. El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

Había una plaga de chinches, que no es culpa del staff. El problema es que la persona que administro mí reserva 1) no me notificó de la situación. 2) al ingresar en la habitación me encontré con más de 20 chinches en la habitación, algunas muertas y otras vivas. Caminando por el baño y al lado de la cama. 3) había un olor fuertisimo producto de las mismas. 4) Acá es donde empeora, al notificar al hotel no me solucionaron nada, al mencionar que debían haber avisado, no me dijeron más que "disculpas". Si hay una situación de chinches está todo bien, pero tienen que limpiar las habitaciones y cerrar las aperturas para que la habitación no esté llena de chinches. Además tienen que hacer un descuento o compensación. Si uno tiene un negocio o un trabajo como el turismo y la atención al público, esto no es un sesgo menor.

Atención, limpieza y ubicación muy buenas.

Cons:

Las camas. Eran chicas para ser ocupadas por adultos. Por otro lado la carpintería no era buena por lo que entraba frío por las ventanas.
