Muy lindo hotel, habitaciónes limpias y amplias. El personal muy amable y predispuesto.

Hermoso ! Súper confortable ! Muy amable el personal y me re ayudaron cuando necesité que me.orienten en mis dudas. El desayuno riquísimo, la habitación hermosa y re cómoda . Volveremos sin duda!
La ubicación es buena, el estacionamiento esta ok.
El apart me sorprendió para mal, sobre todo porque me guie por los puntajes que tenía acá.
La habitación que nos tocó no fue una buena experiencia: estaba muy cerca de la recepción, por lo que se escuchaba bastante ruido, y las dos ventanas que tenía daban directamente a paredes u otras habitaciones, muy poca ventilación y luz natural real.
El equipamiento tampoco estaba en buen estado: la heladera era antigua y no tenía freezer, el compartimento congelador no funcionaba porque directamente no tenía puerta, y el microondas no calentaba. Varios muebles de la habitación estaban deteriorados, algunos incluso rotos.
Por último, quiero compartir una situación que me generó dudas: tengo sospechas de que alguien clono mi tarjeta de crédito durante mi estadía, ya sea por acceso no autorizado a la habitación o por algo que hizo la app (a traves del NFC/contactless) que el hotel pide instalar para destrabar las puertas. A las horas de haber hecho checkout llegaron compras rechazadas de locales de electrodomesticos que en mi vida visite, me parece importante mencionarlo para que tanto la administracion como los huéspedes estén atentos. En mas de 25 años de uso de tarjeta nunca me paso algo parecido, no soy de las personas que la usa en lugares sospechosos o manda fotos de la misma por whatsapp.
El olor a cloaca en el baño
El hotel es moderno, limpio, super agradable, cosa que no es común encontrar en localidades chicas y poco (o nada) turísticas. Fue una muy buena sorpresa.
El garage no estaba disponible, pese a que estaba incluido en la publicación y no era necesario reservar. Cuando llegamos (al atardecer) el cupo de lugares en el garage se había completado. De todas maneras, estacionamos en la calle, frente al hotel y el lugar es muy seguro. No fue mayor inconveniente.
