Dobra lokalizacja blisko parku i muzeum, na samym wjeździe do miasta. Czysty i przestronny kompleks basenowy, brak uczucia przeludnienia mimo pobytu w długi weekend czerwcowy. Dostaliśmy informację telefonicznie, że pokój jest gotowy przed umowną godzina check-inu. Hotel zapewnił wodę butelkowaną w obliczu bakterii E. Coli, które obecne były w tamtym czasie w kranówce.
Niespodziewanie daleko do hotelowego placu zabaw, kolacja płatna 130 zł/osoba składająca się głównie z zimnych, mało uniwersalnych przystawek (nie było z czego nawet zrobić zwykłej kanapki, oprócz smalcu). W pokoju miało być łóżeczko dziecięce - nie było go. To może akurat pech, ale ciekła klimatyzacja - kapało natrętnie całą noc tuż obok wersalki, na której spałam z dzieckiem, więc zostaliśmy postawieni przed wyborem zgłoszenia tego obsłudze i obudzenia córki lub nie budzenia córki i szukania chałupniczych rozwiązań, żeby dotrwać do rana. Wybraliśmy to drugie, rano zgłosiłam problem obsłudze.
Nie uprzedzono przed przyjazdem, że jest problem z bieżącą wodą z uwagi na bakterię coli. Pokój bardzo ciasny. Po wyjeździe dużej liczby gości w niedzielę po długim weekendzie hotel działał na pół gwizdka. Wieczorem bar był zamknięty, nie było możliwości np. zakupu drinka, tylko wino i wódkę w restauracji czynnej do godziny 22.00. W poniedziałek śniadanie już znacznie odbiegało od tego z niedzieli, zdecydowanie mniejszy wybór. Po 4 gwiazdkach spodziewałam się wyższego standardu. Pokój przypominał raczej taki z początku lat 2000.

Das Zimmer war etwas muffelig.
Lokalizacja i udogodnienia świetne. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Możliwość skorzystania z basenu w cenie pobytu. Jest też spa z ciekawą ofertą.

Świetna lokalizacja, dobre, bogate śniadania, przestronny pokój. Warto skorzystać z restauracji. Było czysto.
W pokoju, który dostaliśmy strasznie huczało - okazało się, że ze strefy spa-basen. Po zgłoszeniu otrzymaliśmy inny pokój. Łóżka niewygodne. Niestety trafiliśmy na chyba pełne obłożenie, więc wszędzie były tłumy - na śniadaniu trzeba było czekać w kolejce po kawę, problem z parkowaniem, itp. Generalnie jeden z gorszych 4 * hoteli, w jakich byliśmy.
