Pros:

The room was more than ok for the one night stay . comfortable , the shower tray has a mdf skirting around it . this should be replace with a white plastic upvc . its maintenance free then .
The milk was all ready off and your coffee its great . you need a sign for reception area ? over all we would come back the food is great ! regards john willis

Cons:

a sign for meet and greet . pillows were hard . get a small fridge in the rooms for the milk

Cost and cute room going out to the courtyard. Nice restaurant and outside area

Both times we ate in the restaurant, we had to wait quite long for our food

Lovely stay in a great location
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – every single person we met was lovely. The room was very cosy, comfortable and full of character.

The pub was also fantastic and had such a warm, cosy atmosphere. We really enjoyed spending our evenings there before heading up to bed.

The location was very convenient too – just a short and easy walk from the train station. Overall, a really charming and comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

There honestly wasn’t much we didn’t like. If I had to mention one small thing, on our last night we had new guests staying in the room next door and we could hear quite a lot through the wall, so the soundproofing may not be the strongest. It wasn’t a major issue for us, though.

great location for New Forest Show
Pros:

Fortunately the weather was good so we could eat outside in the pleasant courtyard. The location was excellent for my purposes, visiting the New Forest Show.

Cons:

Very dark dining and bar area. No provision for me leaving before 8am - by good fortune we found a gate open

Great place to visit
Pros:

Lovely room, clean and had lots of character.
Great shower, which is super important for when you have been out and about all day.
Bed was comfy and coffee facilities were fine.

Clean , comfortable little pricey
Pros:

Location, comfortable, was really nice to have cold water stations around ( it was extremely hot when we were there) nice to have a fan in the room

Cons:

Shower in the tub. Needs a non slip mat. Also the window facing afternoon sun could use a shade in addition to curtains, so continue to get air flow..restaurant a little pricey.. breakfast the 1 st day was good, poached eggs perfect . Second day not so much. Ran out of croissants, had to ask to refill orange juice and butter.. and the poached eggs were hard boiled .. which they later fixed..

Pros:

The Huntsman var en perle av et hotell. Atmosfæren var veldig god, og det hyggelige personalet bidro sterkt til dette. Fellesområdene, baren og rommet er veldig smakfullt innredet og dekorert. Sengene var gode, og det er mange flotte detaljer på rommet som får deg til å ønske deg velkommen. Den flotte bakhagen med bar og servering var en virkelig perle! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Cons:

Vi var ikke helt heldige med frokosten, poached egg var gjennomkokte, og hollandaise til eggs benedict hadde skilt seg kraftig. Men dette var en liten detalj i det store bildet.
