Pros:

The location is perfect. You are close to everything and in the middle of everything. The room is compact but clean and tidy.

Cons:

You are close to everything and this means it's not very quiet :) If you do not llike the noise from the street you need to be looking for another place.
What I was really irritated about was the way of entering the main door. I had several cases when I had to spend minutes before the front door because the reception was empty and there was nobody to open. As you are not given any key (keycard) from the main door you have too wait. And they are not really prompt.

Nada, La Peor experiencia. La gente de la recepción es muy maleducada. Excepto José. El lugar esta sucio. Es antiguo. El precio es super caro para el servicio que brindan.

Boa localização com bom custo benefício
Pros:

Localização excelente, tuuuudo perto, metrô na porta do hotel. Quartos com calefação, reformados, toalhas e roupas de cama boa. Atendimento excelente, todos os funcionários. Recepção, arrumação e as moças do café!

Cons:

- O café da manhã é bem simples, poderia ser melhor, mas satisfatório (pão de forma comum e integral, queijo, presunto, medialuna, 2 opções de sucos, café, leite e chá. Frutas: banana, maçã)
- Wi-Fi é fraco no quarto. Ele conecta e desconecta bastante. Usei todo tempo minha internet pra trabalhar.
- todos os dias tinham muita bagunça (por algumas horas no corredor do hotel, como lençóis e roupas de cama no chão. não achei bacana - fica um ponto de leve atenção)
