"cancelaron" mi reserva llegando a destino siendo que me comunique para dejar avisado mi horario de arribo, tenían mi contacto y los medios para comunicarse conmigo y no lo hicieron, cuando les hablo NO RESPONDIERON una vergüenza siendo que llegué a la ciudad de noche y reserve para llegar tranquila. Me dedico al turismo hace 12 años, nada cuesta evitar estos malos momentos a un cliente, es voluntad y empatía.

El televisor no andaba. El desayuno muy simple y mala predisposición de la moza. Faltan unas buenas cortinas para tapar la claridad a la noche y el amanecer

estaba lleno de mugre, los toallones tenian caca, el baño perdia agua y me mojaba las medias siempre que entraba, habia hasta cl0naz3pam, nunca me dieron una tarjeta para abrir mi puerta pero luego descubri que se abria hasta con una sube, me tuve que ir dias antes de lo que habia pagado por la suciedad de la habitación y la inseguridad de la puerta
