Dull,, old Dirty towels...too much steps in my situation..
The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner in the first room I was allocated was unfortunately not working. The team kindly assisted and moved me to another room. However, after stepping out for about an hour, I returned to find water on the floor that appeared to be leaking from the air conditioner. I was then advised not to keep it on for too long.
I have experienced a similar issue with the aircon during a previous stay as well, and as the rooms do get quite warm, it made sleeping extremely difficult.
I also noticed that the iron was not working as expected — this was also an issue during my previous stay.
Perhaps an update to the bedding could also be considered, this would really enhance the comfort of the room.
The bed was comfortable and smelling good.
When I was showering, there was water coming down the ceiling board. Which made my hair really wet and I didn't like that cause I was not carrying a hairdryer. So I had to go home wet like that.
Staff was friendly
It phoned and confirmed it was wheelchair accessible and ok for a person with limited mobility. This was a total lie and this hotel DO NOT support offer rooms, reception or dining area suitable for a wheelchair
