Soggiorno fantastico.
Pros:

Struttura pulita, in ordine. Camere pulite.
Distanza dal mare eccezionale. L’hotel è a due passi dal mare.
Colazione a buffet con vasta scelta.

Cons:

Camere poco insonorizzate.
I croissant a colazione non li ho trovati freschi.

Tutto! Posizione perfetta e tranquilla sul mare. Il Sig.Matteo receptionist perfetto nel suo ruolo.sempre disponibile. La suite molto carina.La pozione dell hotel vi permetteva di raggiungere in breve tempo le località del Conero. Colazione ottima! Abbiamo cenato una sola volta ma tutto buono.

Depandance esterna come in stazione a Rogoredo
Pros:

La colazione è stata molto buona ed abbondante, con una vasta scelta tra il dolce e il salato.

Cons:

Abbiamo pernottato solo per una notte, ma è stata una notte insieme al passaggio dei treni notturni.
Avevamo richiesto una culla in stanza, la richiesta a pagamento è stata accettata ma la culla non c'era, certo che dopo il sollecito è arrivata, non montata correttamente ma arrivata.
Il punto è che nella stanza non ci stava poi comodamente, ma va beh per una notte ci si adegua... il problema maggiore è stata la stanza adiacente al passaggio dei treni... Ecco questo non è stato il massimo.

Relax e tranquillita
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura, zona tranquilla, collegata al centro dal pedonale, la macchina, una volta trovato il parcheggio, non si usa più, la spiaggia antistante è libera e ho notato che l'educazione x la pulizia della stessa è presa molto in considerazione dagli utenti.

Cons:

Piccole attenzioni nella manutenzione della struttura, per esempio alcune alette rotte e mancanti nelle ante di chiusura delle finestre, il condizionatore in camera rumoroso e difettoso nel funzionamento... accettabile ma non da un 4 stelle a mio parere.

Professionalità e cortesia di tutto lo staff. Teo al welcome desk ci ha dato sempre le info necessarie con estrema puntualità, ma tutto lo staff merita un plauso. Ristorazione (gentilissimi e puntuali) Housekeeping, (la persona addetta al terzo piano è stata impeccabile) e tutto il personale del welcome desk.

Läget.

Cons:

På vårat rum tändes lyser 6-8 gånger per natt helt utan anledning. Vi påtalade det för personalen redan första morgonen, dom sa då att dom skulle åtgärda detta, men andra kvällen började det tändas igen utan anledning redan 2200, vi gick då ner till receptionen men dom hade inget likvärdigt rum så vi fick inte byta rum. Detta gjorde att vi bara sov ca 3 timmar bägge nätterna. Vi fick ingen kompensation utan fick betala fullt pris trots att vi inte fick någon nattvila.
Hotellets manager har mycket att lära angående hur man tillmötes går kunder.
