Lo mejor del hotel , Melisa , que se preocupaba x lo que nos hacía falta .

De 4 días que estuvimos , solo un día nos hicieron la habitación , y no nos dejaron toallas , ni jabón había .

La limpieza. 3 noches alojado y no hicieron la habitación nunca. Tampoco tenían jabón en el baño. Por no tener ni palelera en la habitación. Para colmo,solicito la factura al realizar el chej out y me reenvían a un enlace supuestamente de booking.

Cons:

Tres mal isolé, les baies vitrees sur rue fermaient mal on entendait la circulation du boulevard tres frequenté jour comme nuit, difficile de passer une bonne nuit... La cuisine, ancienne avec le petit frigo et la plaque de cuisson hors d'âge, ne fonctionnant pas tres bien, très peu de vaisselles même pas assez pour 4 personnes alors qu'il s'agissait d'un appt pour 4.

Las instalaciones son pésimas y la higiene inexistente,toda la habitación llena de arena,las estanterías llenas de polvo y yo soy alérgica y no he pegado ojo,la ducha llena de pelos pubicos de a saber quién y el grifo era completamente verde,todo lleno de moho,no teníamos gel y lo pedimos en recepción y nos dieron un champú que se había dejado "una guiri",una absoluta vergüenza,quisimos hablar con el jefe en 3 ocasiones y no se encontraba en el hotel y ninguno de los trabajadores sabía nada ni de dónde estaba ni de si se presentaría,UNA VERGÜENZA!!!
Exigimos el reembolso o algún tipo de compensación.

Besonders ist uns eine Mitarbeiterin aufgefallen die wahnsinnig herausgestochen ist mit ihrer zuvorkommenden Art ihrer sympathischen und lustigen Art!

Me gustó el trato del chico que nos atendió por la noche haciendo el check-in

Cons:

En el apartamento no había una mesa para comer, solo una mesita central de comedor.
No tenía sartenes.
Un fuego no funcionaba bien.
En la cocina, el agua fría no salía, solo salía agua ardiendo.
No había escoba para barrer pero si un recogedor 😅

Great location ,really friendly & welcoming staff
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and very welcoming, always smiling and willing to help . We felt so welcome , the location is great right on the top of the strip . Beds were very comfortable & so were the bed settees.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned the whole of our stay, which was very disappointing.
