Pros:

The owner and the staff at night are very kind and helpful. Since the fan didn't work anymore, they have brought a new one during the night :)

Cons:

BUT Can't say the same thing to the morning staff: the boy at the desk doesn't speak good English and not a single world of french or Spanish, also he didn't help me when I asked to find a taxi. For the breakfast: the lady made fresh orange juice for herself and not for me! To me she just poured one from a bottle, but for herself she took fresh oranges and made fresh juice...I had to make the juice myself for me. Also, I asked for no butter or milk in every language (English, french, Spanish, even Darija LA ZEBDA) and they brought me only things made with butter, with a plate full of butter........

Oasis in the mountains
Pros:

Both the breakfasts and dinners were great and substantial.
Surrounding the property, there was a variety of trees, shrubs, and plants that made the place feel like a little osais. The spacious cabin with its rooftop terrace that we chose was perfect and a bit secluded. The staff were very accommodating to our needs for transportation and food.

We recommend this hotel for a good stay in Chefchaouen.
Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to the Medina and other attractions. Staff were informative and very helpful. Good place for our bicycles.

Cons:

Kitchen refrigerator needed cleaning out - a bad smell.
