Amazing modern hotel in the centre of San Sebastian. We had a room facing the cathedral which was beautiful! The hotel is perfectly located between the old town (where all the great food is) and the beach. Less that a 10 minute walk to either. It's also a 5 minute walk from the bus station (we flew in and out of Bilbao then got a 1hr 15min coach to San Sebastian).
The hotel is very modern, comfortable bed, excellent air-conditioning and a powerful shower. Everything you could want from a european city break hotel. I think some of the reviews mentioned there wasn't a lot of floor space for cases or hanging space. We didn't find this to be an issue and our room and bathroom felt well sized for a european city centre hotel.
The staff were very friendly, giving us recommendations of what to do and see while we were there. I would definitely stay here again!

Super bien placé en centre ville de San Sebastian a coté du parking Buen Pastor. Le quartier est tres calme et bien deservi par les transports en communs.

In the romantic quarter and it’s a lovely part of the city
Worst bed I have ever slept in. You’d be better in a hammock. Room had a protruding balcony that had a metal roof. The night we stayed it rained heavily and it sounded like distant fireworks going off all night when the rain hit the metal. Too much light in room from electrical equipment.

Great location to explore San Sebastian. Walking distance to the beach and the old town. Basically leasing the hotel and you are in the new town.
Room and hotel in general nicely decorated and clean.
Well, it is not that the hotel in general is not good, it is because of what we paid for the room and what one should expect a such price levels. Hotel staff is attentive, but borderline to be perceived unfriendly. I was unable to get a cup of coffee in the morning as they only served breakfast buffet, which we did not book.
Lastly, the mattress - well we did not sleep bad - however, they should be renewed.
Close proximity to old town and beach area. Modern rooms and good shower. We had a small balcony overlooking plaza. Cathedral was next door. We had breakfast, which was good quality. Did not eat an evening meal , but spoke with a couple who had and said was very good.
Could only get single beds after having booked many months before. The beds were comfortable.
