Decent location but small rooms
Pros:

Clean, fresh fruit and coffee in the morning, good communication

Cons:

Rooms were tiny, not big enough for two people to share. On a rainy day with not much to do, we really didn’t enjoy coming back to the hotel to kill time. Location was ok - not center but near some good bars and the less crowded (surfer’s) beach.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Very good Location near train station. Lovely room with a great shower. Foyer full of free tea, coffee, water, fresh fruit, croissants, muffins to eat any time.

Es céntrico pero es un hotel sencillo y la habitación un poco pequeña.
Pros:

La ubicación y que la decoración era bonita.

Cons:

La habitación y el baño un poco pequeños. Y que no haya una persona en recepción las 24 horas. Al hacer el check-out no pudimos dejar el equipaje en el hotel para recogerlo por la tarde a las 16h que teníamos el vuelo porque nos dijeron que no habría nadie en recepción.

Fabulous Location, Modern and Clean Little Quirky Hotel - no on site parking
Pros:

Great location and super modern and clean hotel - best shower of all the 5 hotels I used in the last week. Room was small but clean and comfortable - I have stayed in smaller !

Cons:

Staff were mostly not present and other guests were rather noisy for quite a period of time, that would not have happened if the hotel was manned at night. Also listing says Parking, but should say "No Parking" but public parking is available near by at €27 per day - it was not a problem and was a 8 min walk away, but I was expecting underground parking from the listing. Also I have seen on Booking that the owners can be quite argumentative with the guests based their comments - which did make me think twice before booking - but it its a great hotel.

It’s a lovely little hotel ideal for exploring the wonderful city of San Sebastián!

Quiet location but easy walking distance to attractions.
Pros:

Friendly receptionist.
Location - 10 mins to old town.
Coffee maker in reception.
Comfy bed.
Room was a bit small but had everything you needed.
Nice bathroom with hairdryer, straighteners, toiletries.

Nice hotel with good location but with a couple of changes could be excellent
Pros:

Clean, good location, friendly staff, good sized room, excellent shower

Cons:

No tea/coffee making facilities in room or mini fridge either in room or communal area to keep stuff fresh.
They ran out of milk and when I asked at reception they said they didn’t have any. (So I bought some from the local supermarket myself and placed it in the communal coffee machine area. Shortly afterwards milk appeared).
