Hotel correcto con buena ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Limpio y correcto.

Cons:

Olor a comida porque hay un restaurante abajo. Se escuchaba como un extractor pero a las 00h paró. Se escuchaban las maderas del suelo cuando la gente andaba por el pasillo y la cama rebotaba.

Pros:

Received an email from the hotel 1 week before check in to make payment. Paid online. In less that 24 hrs, received more than a dozen of spam emails requesting credit card details. Management is aware of this and took no action to alert the guests.
Room no AC but they provide fan for the room. It's like an oven during summer. Cheapskate.
Laundry cost GBP 10 which is ok but it took them 3 hrs and the clothes is still wet. Reason cos they got too many loads to clean and dry. Unacceptable! You want to make money you make sure you do it properly. Money minded

The property was tired, areas in the bathroom were moldy and felt affected by the wet area. No internal fridge.

Pros:

The room was absolutely fine, very comfy bed, nice and clean , nice clean bathroom and kettle with milk and tea and coffee. Easy walk from the station with a heavy bag.

Cons:

The girl receptionist was very unfriendly and abrupt, with no need, I had n’t complained about anything.
