Getränke in der Minibar waren inkkusive und das Essen im anliegenden Restaurant sind sehr lecker. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert wenn man im Schwarzwlad unterwegs ist.

Die Kaffeemaschine war der Engpass beim Frühstücksbuffet, auch mit dem Nachfüllen von verschiedenen Sachen hat nicht geklappt.

Pros:

Die ganze anlage, Biergarten, Erlebniswelt, Restaurant und Hotel, sind sehr sauber uns schön.
Das Bier selbst ist sehr gut und auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Die Fahrräder konnten wir in der Wäscherei abstellen/einschliessen.

Cons:

Das man in die Erlebniswelt 5 € zahlen muss, finde ich etwas frech. Auch finde ich die Preise im Souvenirshop überhöht.
Das Personal sollt besser geschult werden. Wir fragten nach wie viele Vol% das Helle Bockbiere hat, und die Antwort war: Das weiss ich nicht und es gibt es auch nicht mehr. Auch sonst hatten wir das Gefühl das dass Personal nicht so motiviert ist. Das war etwas schade.

Die Knusprige Haxe ist Weltklasse
Mitten im Zimmer ist eine sehr große Dusche komplett verglast direkt neben dem Bett .( Zimmer 04)
Sehr freundliches Personal egal ob Anmeldung oder in der Geststube.
Frühstücksraum sieht toll aus mit dem runterhängenden naturbelassenen Holzstücken

Lachs hätte ich mir noch gewünscht zum Frühstück

Room wasn’t what was advertised, staff could’t be bothered to listen. No emphathy at this place and Booking.com couldn’t bother to reach out to me either. Last year was amazing with the one night we booked, staff were super helpful and friendly … this year was an absolute joke. We booked 2 nights but the one night was enough for us to pack up and leave and staff couldn’t be bothered to atleast listen, offer a discount or something. I’ve booked multiple times through Booking.com for years and this was the first rubbish experience I’ve had and noticed when it goes bad, no one cares.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist genial mitten im Hochschwarzwald auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Zimmer mit Alpenblick sind in einem separaten Steinhaus 300 m vom Haupthaus entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war überraschend gut. Das Bad war exzellent.
Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns mit seiner regionalen Auswahl sehr gefallen. Zum Abschluss haben wir noch eine wirklich lohnenswerte Brauereiführung mitgemacht.

Bellissimo alloggiare in questa straordinaria struttura di accoglienza del Birrificio Rothaus, il Birrificio più alto della Foresta Nera.
La visita guidata del Birrificio offerta gratuitamente agli ospiti è stata interessantissima.

Ich würde kein Zimmer mehr im Rothaus 2 buchen

Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden

Das Zimmer was wir eigentlich gebucht haben stimmte nicht mit dem Foto überein. D.h. Dass das Zimmer kleiner war. Auch der Lärm von der Hauptstrasse war auch sehr störend
